摘要随着社会的发展,企业的竞争变为供应链的竞争,其中库存方面尤为重要,供应商管理库存能有效降低总库存,提升企业竞争力。针对供应商管理库存系统复杂和动态性,本设计创新地运用系统动力学方法,研究整个供应商管理库存系统,通过对影响因素的分析,对企业不断优化库存策略具有重大意义。本文对制造型企业的供应商管理库存系统进行了研究,并根据实际情况进行建模以及仿真分析。主要研究内容包括:1.介绍供应链管理库存的基本概念,优势及目标。又阐述了系统动力学的基础理论,确定了供应商管理库存系统在系统动力学的系统边界,为建模做准备。2.通过研究系统的运作机理、划分子系统,以系统动力学为工具,建立了针对单一产品、基于VMI策略的供应链动态仿真模型。3.运用Vensim_PLE软件,针对供应链过程中的关键影响因素进行了定量的分析,找出了4个主要变量,即订货时间、运输时间、库存调节时间和期望库存量对VMI系统平均总库存和稳定性的影响规律,从牛鞭效应、瓶颈对模型进行了分析和优化,最终确定了在一定条件下的具体实施策略,为企业制定物流库存方面决策提供辅助和参考。关键词:供应商管理库存;控制影响因素;系统动力学TheSystemDynamicsSimulationandControlFactorsAnalysisofVMIInventoryAbstract:Withthedevelopmentofsociety,thecompetitivenessofenterpriseshasbecomesupplychaincompetition,besides,inventoryisparticularlyimportant.Vendormanagedinventorycaneffectivelyreducethetotalinventory,what’smore,itcanimprovethecompetitivenessofenterprises.Asvendor-managedinventorysystemiscomplex,sowecanusesystemdynamicsmethodtostudytheentirevendormanagedinventorysystem,throughtheanalysisofthefactors,itisofgreatsignificancetoaffecttheenterprisetooptimizeinventorypolicy.ManufacturingenterprisesVMIsystemisstudiedinthispaper,andinaccordancewiththeactualsituationofmodelingandsimulationanalysis.Themaincontentsinclude:1.Itisintroductedofbasicconcepts,advantagesandobjectivesofVMI.Alsothebasictheoryofsystemdynamicsisdescribedtodeterminethevendor-managedinventorysysteminsystemdynamicssystemboundary,inpreparationforthemodeling.2.Theoperationofthesystembystudyingthemechanismofdivisionsubsystemtosystemdynamicsasatoolcreatedforasingleproduct,policy-basedVMIsupplychaindynamicsimulationmodel.3.UseVensim_PLEsoftwareforsupplychainprocessofthekeyfactorsaffectingaquantitativeanalysistoidentifythefourmainvariables,namelyorderingtime,transporttime,inventoryadjustmenttimeandexpectstocksonaveragetotalinventoryandVMIsystemstabilityofthelaw,fromthebullwhipeffect,thebottleneckofthemodelisanalyzedandoptimized,andultimatelydetermineundercertainconditions,thespecificimplementationstrategiesforenterprisestodeveloplogisticsinventorydecisionsauxiliaryandreference.Keywords:Vendor-managedInventory;InfluencingFactors;SystemDynamics目录1绪论.............................................................................................................................11.1设计背景和意义................................................................................................11.2国内外研究现状.................................................................................................21.2.1VMI国内外研究应用现状........................................................................21.2.2系统动力学在库存管理中研究应用现状..............................................31.3研究目的与内容..................................................................................................41.3.1研究目的.................................................................................................41.3...
