题目(中文)基于单片机的恒温箱设计(英文)Designofthermostatboxbasedonsinglechipmicrocomputer摘要:在现实社会生活和生产中,温度对人们的影响无处不在,比如:大棚农业内大棚温度对农作物生长情况的影响,钢铁行业铸铁炉温度对钢铁质量的影响,大产量孵蛋中恒温箱温度对鸡蛋破壳的影响,等等,本文针对小型产品温控器的需求,研究了一种基于单片机的恒温箱。恒温箱可以设定温度的上下限。当温度超过上限和下限时,它可以同时驱动负载和报警。本论文采用数字温度控制器来采集温度信息,本文涉及的恒温箱主要适用于小型产品的温度需求,例如:可作为小宠物的温室或者孵蛋器等,则继电器只需要驱动小型加热片和风扇来调节恒温箱内的温度。本文还使用蜂鸣器和LED作为声光组件的警报。继电器用于控制相应的负载,实现加热或冷却。该恒温箱温度控制系统结构十分简单,操作方便,便于维修,使用广泛。与传统温度计相比,恒温箱内的温度控制系统不仅能实时显示温度,而且温度测量范围更宽,控制更及时更准确,控制负载范围也十分广泛,同时LED发光和蜂鸣器声光报警,主要用于温度测量更精确的地方。关键词:STC89C51单片机;温度控制;DS18B20;恒温箱Abstract:Inactualsociallifeandproduction,theinfluenceoftemperatureonpeopleisubiquitous,suchas:theeffectofgreenhousetemperatureonthegrowthofcropsingreenhouseagriculture,theinfluenceofcastironfurnacetemperatureonthequalityofsteelinthesteelindustry,andthetemperatureofincubatorsinlarge-scaleincubators.Theimpactofeggshelling,etc.,thisarticlefortheneedsofsmallproductthermostats,studiedathermostatbasedonsingle-chipmicrocomputer.Theconstanttemperatureboxcansettheupperandlowerlimitsoftemperature.Whenthetemperatureexceedstheupperandlowerlimits,itcansimultaneouslydriveloadsandalarms.Thispaperusesadigitaltemperaturecontrollertocollecttemperatureinformation.Thethermostatsinvolvedinthispaperaremainlysuitableforthetemperaturerequirementsofsmallproducts.Forexample,theycanbeusedassmallpetsingreenhousesorincubators.Therelaysonlyneedtodrivesmallheatingplatesandfans.Toadjustthetemperatureintheoven.ThisarticlealsousesabuzzerandLEDasanaudibleandvisualcomponentalarm.Relaysareusedtocontrolthecorrespondingloadforheatingorcooling.Thetemperaturecontrolsystemoftheconstanttemperatureboxisverysimpleinstructure,convenientinoperation,convenientinmaintenanceandwidelyused.Comparedwithtraditionalthermometers,thetemperaturecontrolsystemintheincubatorcannotonlydisplaythetemperatureinrealtime,butalsohasawidertemperaturemeasurementrange,moretimelyandaccuratecontrol,andawiderangeofcontrolload.Atthesametime,theLEDlightandbuzzersoundandlightalarm,Itismainlyusedformoreaccuratetemperaturemeasurement.Keywords:STC89C51microcontroller;temperaturecontrol;DS18B20;thermostat.目录1.概述......................................................................................................................................11.1.选题背景............................................................................................................................11.2.选题意义............................................................................................................................12.设计思想...............................................................................................................................22.1.选题简介............................................................................................................................22.2.控制方案..................................................................................................
