本科论文施工企业财务管控提升策略研究摘 要随着我国经济的快速发展，企业面临的财务风险随之增加，因此企业财务管理对企业的发展的影响也越来越大。在企业中，如何才能加强企业财务管理，对企业来说是有着十分重大的意义。企业财务风险自身是客观存在的，财务风险既不能被完全消灭，也不能够完全规避。在企业的经营和发展中，企业的管理人员能够做的只能是对企业财务风险进行规避和预测，从而将企业财务风险降到最低。结合施工企业实际的财务状况，从财务管控问题出发，提出企业财务管理上所存在的风险意识淡薄、企业融资困难以及缺乏风险预测的能力等现实问题。对企业经营和发展中存在的问题进行分析，制定有效防范措施，加强企业自身的管理能力有着非常积极重要的意义。本文以青岛房屋建筑工程公司为例，主要是针对企业财务管控问题进行分析，对这个财务管控存在的问题和问题产生的原因进行详细论述，并且以此为例对中小企业规避财务风险进行合理分析并提出合理的建议。关键词：建筑施工，财务管理，筹资管理，投资管理 本科论文AbstractWith the rapid development of China's economy, the financial risks faced by enterprises are increasing, so the impact of enterprise financial management on the development of enterprises is also growing.
