北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文施工总承包模式下的工程项目质量控制研究摘 要随着我国建筑行业的高速发展，其对于我国经济水平的影响也越来越大。而其中施工总承包模式作为建筑工程（主要是大型项目）的主要承包模式，质量更是工程建筑的重中之重，因此研究此模式下的质量控制就显得十分重要。通过查阅现有研究，发现其主要是提出我国现阶段存在的问题而没有给出具体的解决方案。为此，本文在提出问题的基础上先分析其原因，再结合实际提出解决措施。本文将结合我国国情特点，对我国施工总承包模式的质量控制进行深入研究。本文通过参阅大量国内相关文献和资料的基础上，首先概述了施工总承包模式的特点及其发展现状，再通过与其他模式对比总结出其在质量控制方面存在的缺陷或者问题，并研究出其出现问题的原因。最后结合案例，提出优化解决方案。关键词：施工总承包模式 质量控制 大型项目 I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractWith the rapid development of China's construction industry, its impact on China's economic level is also increasing.
