I题 目： 陵水县旅游房地产发展现状研究摘 要随着建设国际旅游岛成为国家战略，海南旅游房地产呈现出一片生机，其中，陵水旅游房地产在近 3 年内迅速发展，一度让这个城市成为焦点。依托蓝天大海，宜人气候，陵水旅游房地产的快速发展极大的拉动了陵水旅游业的快速增长，对于整个海南旅游房地产都具有很强的示范性，先行性和指导性。2008 年伊始，以清水湾为代表的陵水旅游房地产业的蓬勃发展，让人们认识了陵水，来到了陵水，也让陵水一举摘掉了国家级贫困县的帽子，极大的促进了县域经济的发展和城市建设品质的提升。陵水旅游房地产呈现出北有香水湾，中有清水湾，南有土福湾的线状发展模式，但是陵水旅游房地产依然存在地域发展不平衡，东部沿海发展快，中西部等旅游房地产资源没有得到充分利用的现状，在以“三湾”为主要发展重点的内部中，也暴露出结构单一，模式相同的诟病。因此，通过实地考察，文献资料分析等方法，探析陵水旅游房地产发展现状，寻找问题，分析问题，并提供相应的发展对策或发展战略，对于陵水旅游房地产具有长远和实际意义。III关键词：旅游房地产，发展，现状，分析AbstractWith the construction of international tourism island has become the national strategy, Hainan tourism real estate showing a lively.
