With the continuous standardization and improvement of China's social security system, small-scale innovative enterprises have also become the fresh vitality of the development of the market economy. Scientific systematization and open transparency are particularly important, which directly urges small-scale innovative enterprises in China to constantly improve their salary and welfare system during the process of corporate development to fit in the new tendency of social and economic progress.
