联动三方资源从“无”到“有”进行社区服务网建设—以东莞某城镇社区为例【摘要】“社区和谐”、“社区文明”、“社区文化”等字眼不断进入到大众的眼帘，人们渐渐意识到社区建设的重要性。社区工作的总体走向和过程，不同学者对此有着大同小异的看法。本次研究目的将探究如何联动三方资源（即社区村委会、社会工作机构、社会工作者），进行社区服务网建设，对建设的内在互动机制进行一一的揭露。论文的研究过程中将使用文献研究法、访谈法以及参与式观察法以东莞市某城镇社区为对象，揭示其从“零”开始建设社区服务网的内在机制。研究发现，社区服务网的建设需因地制宜；三方资源的通力合作，可以有效的落实服务群众；同时，联动三方会出现一定障碍，如会出现一些不在社工领域内的工作内容。【关键词】社区工作、城镇社区、社区服务Linkage tripartite resources from"no"to"have"community service network construction[Abstract] "Community harmony", "community civilization", "community culture" and other words constantly enter the public eye, people gradually realize the importance of community construction. The general trend and process of community work, different scholars have a similar view. The purpose of this study is to explore how to link the resources of the three parties (i.e. community village committees, social work institutions and social workers), build community service network, and reveal the internal interactive mechanism of the construction. In the research process of this paper, literature research method, interview method and participatory observation method will be used to take a town community in dongguan city as the object and reveal the internal mechanism of building a community service network from "zero".
