社会工作介入社区青少年志愿服务的研究——以广州市海珠区素社街道为例【摘要】社区志愿服务的发展是社会服务逐步完善的一项重要体现，其中，青少年正作为主力军参与社区志愿服务，这为此项事业的发展注入了新的力量。社会工作深入社区且提供科学服务，以此路径介入社区青少年志愿服务具有一定的创新意义。本文以文献研究法、问卷调查法及访谈法，对广州市海珠区素社街道的青少年进行社区志愿服务调查，研究青少年参与社区志愿服务的现状，动机，分析制约其参与的因素。调查发现：青少年参与社区志愿服务年限短，由于学习工作忙碌以及时间不对应，参加的频率低且不固定；青少年主要通过学校参加志愿服务；学校的志愿时要求推动了青少年参与志愿服务；志愿服务的内容形式单一；志愿服务管理体系不完善。社会工作介入的建议：1、尝试建立志愿者服务管理系统；2、积极与周边学校及民间组织联系合作；3、培育社区青少年志愿者骨干以及团队；4、提供策划筹备志愿服务的机会；5、开发多元短期的社区志愿服务。【关键词】 社会工作；社区志愿者；青少年志愿者；社区志愿服务 Research on the involvement of social work in community youth volunteering-- a case study of sushe street, haizhu district, guangzhou city[Abstract] The development of community volunteer service is an important reflection of the gradual improvement of social services.
