手推式除草机设计摘要随着时代的快速发展,除草机的使用广泛度大大增加,同时人们对于除草机使用要求也提高了很多。通过对大量的方案数据进行分析,我们采用新的运动切割方式来满足人们对除草机的使用要求。在此次设计过程中,手推式除草机的运动原理是通过轮子的滚动去带动一系列机械的运动。相对于其他柴油除草机来说,它对操作的要求不高,对于环境无污染,而且噪声很小,在使用过程也比较的平稳,很受使用者的欢迎。此次设计原理来源于机械设计及相关理论研究,拟定了手推式除草机的运动方案同时比较了各自的优劣,选出最适合的方案。具体设计了齿轮、轴、刀具和端面齿轮及拨杆(采用凸轮和推杆的方法),保证整体的合理性布局,使其在最大程度上满足实际使用环境,增强其适应性;并且根据实际情况,对其进行改良优化,能确保预期的工作完成情况保证除草机的运动稳定性。提高它对于中小型用户的应用性,对于果园、草坪等柱间距适中的场地来说,效果很好,同时也可以减少人工除草劳动力的输出,推进中国机械化发展的进程。关键词 :机械滚动;无污染;改进优化;适应性; 手推式;AbstractWith the rapid development of The Times, the wide use of lawn mowers has greatly increased, and people's requirements for the use of lawn mowers have also improved a lot.
