薯片自动化生产线加工模块设计薯片切片机和薯片油炸机器摘 要马铃薯营养价值丰富,是人类社会的第四大粮食作物。在当今社会上,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对于食品的追求也随之增加,马铃薯被制作成各种各样的食物,如条状,片状以及粉状。为了节约人力,食品加工类机械的技术也快速发展,如各种食材的切片机,研磨机等。其中在世界机械产品发展史中,切片机在 20 世纪 60 年代的欧洲国家得到了快速发展,我国对于切片机技术的研究要落后世界 10 年左右。目前市场上的切片机械体积大,适用于大型企业的生产线,难以应用于食堂,小型作坊等。本文设计的离心式切片机主要是针对中小场合,如小型零食加工作坊、食堂等,本产品针对大西洋马铃薯的普遍形状进行设计,分别对 V 带,轴,叶轮等进行设计,对轴承,键等标准元件进行选择,并且提出一种可行的薯片油炸机器的设计方案。关键词:马铃薯;离心式切片机;薯片油炸机器;设计北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Chips slicerAbstractPotato has rich nutritional value and is the fourth largest food crop in human society.
