盐巴戟天的炮制工艺研究目 录盐巴戟天的炮制工艺研究 摘要:目的 本论文盐巴戟天的炮制工艺研究是在保证巴戟天符合 2015 年版药典要求的前提下,在满足中药饮片企业生产的工艺参数的条件下,通过对巴戟天的炮制工艺进行验证,从而生产出安全、保障、可控的优质中药饮片。在确保了巴戟天从原料、半成品、成品的整个工艺流程和工艺参数,对巴戟天成分耐斯糖的含量进行研究。方法 对盐巴戟天炮制工艺条件和生产操作过程进行验证,并且通过对巴戟天饮片进行含量测定、水分、灰分、二氧化硫等项目的检查,对巴戟天所含重要成分耐斯糖进行高效液相检测。结果 盐巴戟天在每道工序都符合 2015年版药典的前提下,得出其最佳炮制工艺为每 100 千克巴戟天用食盐 2 千克,蒸制温度 90℃-100℃,蒸制 3-4 小时。结论 盐巴戟天的炮制工艺是安全有效的,符合 2015 年版药典的要求,并且巴戟天经过盐制后其耐斯糖成分含量明显增加。关键词:巴戟天;炮制;盐制;工艺研究Ⅰ Salt Morinda officinalis radix processing technology research Abstract: objective Salt Morinda officinalis radix of processing technology of this paper research is medicinal indianmulberry root in accordance with the requirements of the 2015 edition pharmacopeia, under the premise of to meet Chinese medicine yinpian enterprise production process parameters conditions, through the processing of medicinal indianmulberry root process validation, so as to produce safety, security, controlled high quality Chinese medicine yinpian.
