I医护人员组织公平感和组织认同对工作投入的影响—基于 Z 三甲医院为例摘 要II研究旨在探讨组织公平感及其三个子维度、组织认同和工作投入的关系,通过问卷调查的形式对广东省珠海市 Z 医院护士进行样本调研,回收到 114 份有效问卷。针对调查所得数据进行样本描述性统计、信度分析、得分比较、均值比较、相关性和中介影响检验,得出以下结论:(1) 组织公平感正向影响工作投入,分配公平、程序公平和互动公平与工作投入正相关。(2) 组织公平感正向影响组织认同,分配公平、程序公平和互动公平与工作投入正相关。(3) 组织认同正向影响工作投入(4) 组织认同在组织公平感与工作投入中起中介作用,组织认同分别在分配公平、程序公平和互动公平对工作投入中起部分中介效用。关键词:组织公平感;组织认同;工作投入;护士IIIAbstractThis study aims to explore the relationship between organizational justice and its three sub-dimensions, organizational identity and job involvement. The samples of nurses in Z hospital in Zhuhai , Guangdong province were collected by questionnaire survey, and 114 valid questionnaires were collected.The research conduct the survey data using various analysis tools , like: descriptive statistics of samples, scale reliability analysis, comparison on score and mean, correlation and mediating influence test, and the conclusions were as follow:(1)Perceived organizational justice positively affects job involvement, among which distributive justice, procedural justice and interactive justice are positively correlated with job involvement.(2)Perceived organizational justice positively affects organizational identity , among which distributive justice , procedural justice and interactive justice are positively correlated with job involvement.(3)Organizational recognition positively affects work involvement.(4)Organizational identity plays an intermediary role in organizational justice perception and job involvement , among which organizational ide...
