By studying the anti-tumor effects and mechanisms of the B16 cell culture supernatant in vivo and in vitro, new ideas and methods can be provided for the prevention and treatment of melanoma. In this study, in vivo and in vitro experiments will be used to explore the effects of B16 cell culture supernatant on the growth of mouse tumors and its mechanism of action. A heterologous transplant tumor model will be established by inoculating mouse liver cancer cells or B16 cells into mice, and then different concentrations of B16 cell culture supernatant will be used to treat mouse tumors and cells to observe changes in tumor volume, growth rate, and cell cycle. At the same time, the action mechanism of culture supernatant will be studied through aspects such as cell cycle, cell apoptosis, and intracellular signaling pathways.Keywords: melanoma, B16 cell, culture supernatant, anti-tumor effect, mechanism of action
