This paper mainly studies the electrical plasticity drawing behavior and mechanism of TC4 titanium alloy. The electric plastic drawing was used to analyze the influence of factors such as drawing speed, drawing temperature and spreading ratio on the mechanical properties, deformation behavior and fracture morphology of the material. Meanwhile, microscopic observations and scanning electron microscopy were used to explore the changes in the microstructure, grain morphology, and texture evolution of the material. The research results show that TC4 titanium alloy exhibits excellent tensile properties and deformation plasticity under electric plastic drawing conditions, and has obvious texture evolution characteristics under certain conditions. In addition, the factors affecting the electrical plastic deformation of materials mainly include the material's own organizational structure, drawing speed, drawing temperature, spreading ratio and other factors.Keywords: TC4 titanium alloy; electric plasticity; drawing deformation; texture evolution; deformation mechanism
