This paper discusses the molecular mechanisms and biological effects of TDP-43 protein forming inclusion bodies. By reviewing the previous research progress of TDP-43 protein structure, function and related diseases, this paper summarizes the three main mechanisms of TDP-43 protein forming inclusion bodies: aggregate growth, unstructured nucleation, and inclusion body nucleation. In addition, this paper further introduces the impact of TDP-43 protein forming inclusion bodies on neurons, including neuronal cell death, protein metabolism disorders, intracellular transportation, and signal transduction pathways. Finally, this paper summarizes the current research status of TDP-43 protein forming inclusion bodies and proposes future research directions.【Keywords】TDP-43 protein; inclusion bodies; formation mechanism; biological effects; neurodegenerative diseases
