This study aimed to investigate the effect of low-dose radiation on protein kinase Cα (PKCα) and telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) in tumor cells. Through in vitro experiments, we observed the expression and function of PKCα and TERT in tumor cells under different doses of radiation. The results showed that low-dose radiation significantly reduced the expression of PKCα and TERT in tumor cells, and inhibited tumor cell proliferation and invasion ability. These findings provide a new theoretical basis for the application of low-dose radiation in the treatment of tumors.Keywords: Low-dose radiation; tumor cells; protein kinase Cα; telomerase reverse transcriptase; treatment.
