基于 5M1E 法的生鲜农产品运输风险因素分析及对策研究摘 要在经济社会快速发展时期,生鲜需求大大提升,从而促进了生鲜运输的快速发展,但全国生鲜产品尤其是果蔬产品的产地较为分散,规模大小不一,并且因为起步较晚、研究不够深入等原因,生鲜产品的原产地运输过程中经常存在效率低下、损耗严重等问题,影响生鲜产地运输的规模化发展。本文以大年陈镇为例,通过实际的调研过程收集资料,分析大年陈镇生鲜农产品在运输中存在的危险因素,并通过 5M1E 法和鱼骨图,直观分析大年陈镇生鲜运输环节在人员、机械、材料、方法、测量、环境六个方面所存在的问题。通过分析发现人员素质、机械化程度、使用的辅助材料、操作方法、监测力度、经济和自然环境等方面是其运输过程中的重要影响因素,并根据产生的原因,提出人才培训与引进、加强基础设施建设、改善操作方法和辅助材料、提高统一标准等优化大年陈镇生鲜农产品运输的建议。关键词:生鲜农产品运输;5M1E 法;鱼骨图;六因素IAbstractIn the period of rapid economic and social development, the demand for fresh food has greatly increased, thus promoting the rapid development of fresh food transportation.
