完善中小企业内部控制摘 要目前，我国中小企业发展水平不断提高，很多在发展中存在问题也开始逐渐显现，随着市场竞争力不断增加，部分中小企业由于自身内部存在问题而削弱其市场占有率以及竞争力。中小企业在很多方面无法与企业进行比较，不论从技术还是资金方面都落后于其他大企业，因此，要想获得更多发展机会，需要从自身内部控制管理上投入更多精力，内部管理体制完善是为了更好发展内部管理，并且加强人员管理。内部控制是多方面控制，需要较多管理人才，而内部管理是提高经济效益的重要保障，文章详细分析我国中小企业所面临问题，并提出合理化建议。关键词：中小企业； 内部控制； 对策ISmall and medium enterprises to improve the internal controlAbstractAt present, the level of development of small and medium enterprises in China continue to improve, a lot of problems in development have begun to appear gradually, along with the market competition increasing, part of small and medium-sized enterprises because of their own problems and weaken their market share and competitive. Small and medium-sized enterprises in many ways not and enterprise are compared, whether from the technical or funds are lagging behind other enterprises, therefore, must want to obtain the more development opportunities, from their own internal control management to invest more, perfect internal management system for the better development of internal management, and strengthening personnel management.
