中小企业创新研究Research on system innovation of small and medium sized enterprises摘 要改革开发至今已经有三十多年了，我国的中小企业的发展伴随着改革的春风经历了从无到有，从小到大的成长过程，我国中小企业也在改革开放的过程中不断壮大和发展。中小企业已经成为我国国民经济重要的组成部分。特别是近些年，随着国家对中小企业的高度重视，扶持力度也在不断增强。中小企业的发展更是进入黄金时期，中小企业的发展为解决我国的民生问题和就业问题，为我国的社会稳定繁荣做出了巨大的贡献，是我国全面建成小康社会的有力支撑。伴随着中小企业数量的不断增加和产值不断扩大，随之而来的一系列问题也在困扰着企业的发展：管理水平落后、管理理念陈旧、会计诚信缺失等问题都在制约着我国的中小企业向着更高的舞台迈进。中小企业的健康发展不仅仅关系到我国的经济建设，更关系到社会的稳定。本文针对我国中小企业的体制创新展开研究，首先对中小企业的定义进行了解读，对中小企业体制创新的内容、现阶段存在的问题、注意事项逐一进行分析和罗列，并针对现阶段我国国情实际，给出了一些相应的对策，希望有识之士能够以此文章为参考，为我国中小企业体制创新的研究做出更大贡献。关键词：体制创新 中小企业 制度完善 社会稳定-I-Research on the system innovation of small and medium sized enterprisesAbstractReform and development has been more than 30 years the， the development of China's small and medium-sized enterprises with the spring breeze of reform has experienced from scratch, from small to large development process, small and medium-sized enterprises of our country also in the process of reform and opening to the outside world continue to grow and develop.
