关于完善转基因食品监管制度的探讨【摘要】目的:转基因食品指的是利用转基因生物技术获得的转基因生物品系,并以该转基因生物为直接食品或为原料加工生产的食品称为转基因食品。转基因食品自从引入以来,争议声不断,转基因食品是否安全;转基因食品是否应该进行标识;如何完善转基因食品监管制度等问题始终没有定论。随着转基因技术的发展,转基因食品在人们日常生活中出现的频率越来越高,转基因似乎成为一个不可遏制的趋势。转基因食品监管制度能够强化政府的监管作用,保护消费者权益,维持转基因食品市场的平稳发展,所以完善转基因食品监管制度具有重要意义。方法:本文将实地调查广州市各大超市中的大豆、番茄、玉米及其加工品的转基因标识情况;通过问卷调查的方式了解广州市消费者对转基因食品认知及购买意愿研究,根据问卷体系运用 SPSS 软件分析了影响消费者对转基因食品了解程度、获取信息渠道、优缺点感知、购买行为与意愿、对转基因食品整体评价和信任程度的因素,从而进行对完善转基因食品监管的探讨。结论:最终提出补充相关法律法规,完善市场监管;建立溯源系统,完善标识制度;完善安全评价和监测制度;加大宣传科普力度,提高消费者认知的建议。【关键词】转基因食品 监管制度 探讨注:本论文(设计)题目来源于教师的国家级(或省部级、厅级、市级、校级、企业)科研项目,项目编号为: 。Discussion on improving the supervision system of genetically modified food[Abstract] Objective: The genetically modified food refers to the genetically modified biological strains obtained by using the genetically modified biological technology, and the food produced by using the genetically modified organisms as direct food or as raw materials is called genetically modified food.
