合理用药文献分析（2009-2019）【摘要】了解 2009 年至 2019 年我国不合理用药相关中文核心期刊发表情况，一方面可以了解该领域的研究现状和研究热点。另一方面可以了解截止目前不合理用药存在的原因，这对于研究者研究者研究该领域具有一定的指导意义。为此本文采用文献资料法和文献计量法对所检索的部分文章进行归纳总结，结果表明，目前我国合理用药发文量出现一定程度的减少，抗菌药物的合理用药情况和临床药师在合理用药中所起的作用成为该领域研究的研究热点，该领域作者的合作形式过于单一。为进一步改善国内不合理用药情况，须从科研和实际工作两方面采取措施，对于科研人员应当进一步关注如何发挥临床药师在合理用药中的作用，丰富作者之间的合作方式，而对于实际工作中应当提高患者对于不合理用药的认识。【关键词】合理用药；文献计量分析；核心期刊；可视化图谱Analysis of rational drug use literature (2009-2019)[Abstract] To understand the publication of Chinese core journals related to unreasonable drug use in China from 2009 to 2019, on the one hand, you can understand the research status and research hotspots in this field. On the other hand, we can understand the reasons for the unreasonable use of drugs so far, which has certain guiding significance for researchers and researchers in this field. To this end, this article uses the literature method to summarize some of the retrieved articles and draw the reason for the existence of unreasonable medication, and analyzes the literature in conjunction with bibliometrics. The results show that the amount of rational drug distribution in China has decreased to some extent. The rational use of antimicrobial drugs and the role of clinical pharmacists in rational drug use have become research hotspots in this field.
