粤港澳大湾区社会养老合作模式研究【摘要】近年来，随着我国老龄人口数量的不断攀升，人口老龄化的趋势日益严峻。与此同时，粤、港、澳三地也为了积极应对人口老龄化带来的挑战响应国家提出的深化粤港澳合作推进大湾区建设的要求，加强社会养老的合作。本论文就以粤港澳大湾区作为社会养老合作模式的研究对象，希望可以起到示范效果，对我国其他区域如京津冀、长三角地区甚至是对国外其他湾区城市开展区域养老合作提供一定的借鉴作用。在研究过程中，本论文主要使用文献研究法，查阅了许多相关的文献资料，包括有国内外文献、政府相关部门的政策文件等。本论文首先介绍研究粤港澳大湾区社会养老合作模式的背景、目的意义、内容、研究方法、相关定义。在论证中，还运用比较研究法，分析比较粤、港、澳三地目前的社会养老概况，指出了广东养老产业发展缓慢、基础设施不足、人员管理素质低下等问题；以及港澳两地面临土地用地紧张、养老机构收费高等问题的制约。再深入分析三者在社会养老上合作的基础条件即在社会养老上的优势，进而提出了粤港澳大湾区加强社会养老的必要性与可行性。在此基础上，通过揭示粤港澳大湾区社会养老合作的概况，再分析其社会养老合作的前景、现状、问题等，详细地粤港澳大湾区可以选择在护理人员培训、政策衔接、资源、信息共享、评估监督老龄文化氛围等方面加强社会养老合作的方式，提出具有建设性、实际性的社会养老合作模式。【关键词】粤港澳大湾区；社会养老；社会养老合作 Research on the social endowment cooperation model of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area[Abstract] In recent years, with the increasing of aging population, the aging of the population trend growing at the same time, the Guandong, Hong Kong Macau also to face the challenges of an ageing population, in order to respond to a nation put forward the requirement of promoting the construction of large bay, Hong Kong and Macao to deepen cooperation, strengthen the cooperation of social pension in this paper, taking a large bay area of Guangdong as the research object of social endowment cooperation mode, the hope can play a demonstration effect, other area such as t...
