本科论文摘 要进入 21 世纪以来,全球信息技术发展突飞猛进。而 IT 行业作为第三次技术改革中最成功的领域,在经历了几十年的创新变革后,也逐步进入了衰退期。目前传统产业存在技术饱和,利润低下,创新不足等问题,同行业也面临着巨大的挑战。华硕作为早一批进入 IT 领域的企业,靠自身走出一条自主研发的道路,曾几乎垄断整个主板市场。但是随着竞争日趋激烈,产品同质化加剧价格竞争等原因,PC 市场开始渐渐萎缩,华硕的发展也面临着严峻挑战。本文对华硕的发展战略进行了研究,首先从 PC 行业的环境入手,对华硕的竞争公司---PC 行业的潜在进入者和替代品进行了分析。了解华硕集团的现状,总结人力、企业文化、研发、业务资源等几个方面目前所存在的问题。其次,对华硕的历史及当前战略进行分析,总结战略中所存在的问题和原因,与华硕现状问题相结合,指出华硕在当前背景下该如何进行战略性的调整和升级,并解释其可行性。目前在 PC 行业正处于萧条期,总结华硕存在的问题,分析各个时期华硕的战略,为同行业其他企业的发展提供借鉴,同时对衰退企业如何进行战略转型提供一些复制和学习的经验。本科论文关键词:PC 市场;战略调整;IT 领域本科论文AbstractSince entering the 21st century, the development of global information technology has made rapid progress.
