摘要在阐述中冷器类型、结构中,介绍了高效换热器、板翅式换热器的结构原理。对东风朝柴 CY4100ZLQ 增压发动机估算出增压后温度、空气质量流量及增压比,计算出了增压空气在中冷器处的进口流量及进口温度。然后再根据风扇所产生的冷空气流量,环境温度及中冷器出口温度,计算出中冷器需要散失的热量,再去确定中冷器的传热系数,同时对压力损失、增压温度、散热面积进行校核。使用 PROE 软件绘制中冷器的机器零件的设计,利用商业 CFD 软件 Fluent 在前处理器策略定义中冷器的边界条件,然后导入 Fluent 的软件设置边界条件,模拟计算和结果分析,最终确定中冷器的优化方向和优化措施关键词:实验;柴油机;冷器数值模拟;设计ABSTRACTIn the cold trap types, structure, high efficiency heat exchanger are introduced, the structure principle of plate-fin heat exchanger.Of dongfeng toward the wood CY4100ZLQ turbo engine temperature after estimate the pressurization, air mass flow rate and pressure ratio, calculated the pressurized air in the heart of the inlet flow and inlet temperature.Then, according to the fan air flow generated by the environment temperature and inter-cooled outlet temperature and calculate the cold need dissipating heat, to determine the cold machine, heat transfer coefficient of booster to the pressure loss at the same time, temperature, heat dissipation area for checking.Using Proe software to map the cold machine parts of the design, using the commercial CFD software Fluent in front processor Gambit to define the inter-cooled meshing, boundary conditions, and then import the Fluent software to set boundary conditions, simulation calculation and result analysis, finally determine the inter-cooled optimization direction and optimization measures.Key words: experiment;Diesel engine;Cooler numerical simulation;design目录诚信声明......................................................................................................................
