大学生父母教养方式与社交回避及苦恼关系研究——心理弹性的中介效应摘 要目的:探讨大学生父母教养方式与社交回避及苦恼之间的关系及心理弹性在其中扮演的中介作用。方法:采用父母教养方式量表、青少年心理弹性量表和社交回避及苦恼量表,对 322 名大学生被试进行问卷调查,通过逐步检验法分析心理弹性的中介效应。结果:(1)大学生父母教养方式在性别、生源地和年级上存在显著差异;(2)大学生心理弹性在生源地上存在显著差异;(3)大学生社交回避及苦恼在性别、生源地和年级上存在显著差异;(4)大学生父母教养方式中的父母关爱因子、父母鼓励自主因子与心理弹性呈显著正相关,与社交回避及苦恼呈边缘性负相关;父母控制因子与心理弹性呈显著负相关,与社交回避及苦恼呈显著正相关;心理弹性与社交回避及苦恼呈显著负相关;(5)心理弹性在父母教养方式和社交回避及苦恼之间起完全中介作用。结论:父母教养方式是影响大学生社交回避及苦恼的重要因素,心理弹性在父母教养方式和社交回避及苦恼之间起完全中介作用。【关键词】 父母教养方式 社交回避及苦恼 心理弹性 中介效应 A study on the relationship between parental rearing patterns and social avoidance and distress in College Students :mediating effect of resilienceAbstract Objective:To explore the relationship between parental rearing patterns,social avoidance and distress and resilience in college students.Methods:322 college students were measured with PBI, RSCA and SAD.
