分化抑制因子 NDPK【摘要】 目的 讨论分化抑制因子―――核苷二磷酸激酶 A 在血清中的含量及其与血液病的相关性,探讨血清 NDPK-A 含量检测对于血液病诊断和疗效推断的意义。方法 应用重组 NDPK-A 标准品及相应抗体建立双抗体夹心 ELISA 法测定 NDPK-A含量,应用此方法测定正常人和血液病患者血清 NDPK-A 含量。结果 30 例正常人血清 NDPK-A 含量为 μg/L,26 例白血病患者血清 NDPK-A 含量为 μg/L,9 例淋巴瘤患者血清 NDPK-A 含量为 μg/L,8 例骨髓瘤患者血清 NDPK-A 含量为 μg/L。白血病患者治疗前后血清 NDPK-A 含量差异显着,14 例治疗前患者 NDPK-A 含量为 μg/L,治疗后患者 NDPK-A 含量为 μg/L。结论 建立的双夹心 ELISA 法可以灵敏、准确地测定血清NDPK-A 含量;NDPK-A 含量检测可进展为白血病的早期诊断和疗效推断指标。关键词 核苷二磷酸激酶 A 白血病 双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定法 .【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum NDPK-A level and the development of leukemia,and the significance of NDPK-A determination in leukemia diagnosis. Methods A sandwich ELISA,established on the basis of recombinant human NDPK-A and its antibodies,was employed to detect serum NDPK-A concentration in healthy people and patients with hematological malignancies. Results Serum NDPK-A concentration was ±μg/L among 30 healthy volunteers. It was ±μg/L among 26 leukemia patients,and ±μg/L among 9l ymphoma patients,and ±μg/L among 8 myeloma patients. Furthermore,there was significant difference between untreated and treated leukemia patients. Serum NDPK-A concentration was ±μg/L among 14 untreated patients,and ±μg/L among 12 treated patients. Conclusion The ELISA used here was simple,sensitive and accurate for determination of serum NDPK-A level,which might be developed into an early diagnosis and prognostic factor of leukemia.Key words NDPK-A leukemia ELISA核苷二磷酸激酶 A 是抑癌基因 nm23-H1 的编码产物...
