山西省高职高专院校学生评教指标体系的优化山西省高职高专院校学生评教指标体系的优化 摘要:山西省多数高职高专院校评教指标体系设置不够科学,直接影响学生评教结果的有效性。笔者以七年的学生评教实践为基础,根据高职高专院校的教学理念与特点,借鉴国内外高校的先进评教经验,构建了分类细化指标设计、贯穿教学全过程、以学生为中心的学生评教指标优化体系,使得学生评教工作更加有效、科学、合理。本文通过建立学生评教指标优化体系,以期对学生评教指标体系的科学合理性进行探究。 关键词: 学生评教;指标体系;优化 Abstract: The Shanxi province higher vocational colleges teaching evaluation index system set enough science directly affect the effectiveness of students' evaluation of teaching results. In my seven years of student evaluation of teaching practice for foundation, according to the vocational college teaching concept and the characteristic, draw lessons from domestic and international the advanced teaching experience, build refined classification index design, through the whole teaching process, the student-centered teaching evaluation index system, make the students' evaluation of teaching more effective, science, reasonable. Through the establishment of students' teaching evaluation index system, this paper discusses the student teaching evaluation index system of scientific reasonableness inquiry.
