摘要证券市场是市场经济体系的重要组成，金融资木的健康运行和发展对宏观经济、微观经济的正常运行都具有积极的促进作用。在经济全球化、世界经济联动性日渐加深的时代背景下，中国证券市场的良性发展，对于社会主义市场经济的完善，我国经济的稳步、健康发展具有非常明确的理论与实践意义。在前人研究的基础上，以马克思主义资木理论和社会主义市场经济理论为基础，研究了证券市场现存问题与对策。闸述选题背景与意义，综述国内外研究现状，确定研究思路与方法。界定证券市场演进历程与相关理论。明确社会主义市场经济视域下证券市场的相关概念，以及分析证券市场现存的问题包括证券市场运行机制不健全：相对单边的市场机制、股票融资的实际水平低、股票交易实名制监管机制缺乏。上市公司治理还不完善:责任股东缺失，机构投资者短期行为，信息虚假成分充盈证券市场。证券市场操纵行为的法律制度不完善:对操纵行为实质性规定缺乏，法律内部规定的不正当性，相关法律责任规定不确实。证券市场监管存在诸多缺陷:政府监管的缺位和不到位，管制目标冲突，监管模式单一。最后提出完善社会主义市场经济视域下证券市场的对策。完善证券市场的运行机制，优化上市公司治理机制，健全证券市场操纵行为的法律制度，完善证券市场监管机制。关键词:社会主义市场经济；证券市场；资本运营；完善机制ABSTRACTThesecuritiesmarketisanimportantpartofthemarketeconomysystem.Thehealthyoperationanddevelopmentoffinancialassetshasapositiveroleinpromotingthenormaloperationofmacro-economyandmicroeconomics.Underthebackgroundofeconomicglobalizationanddeepeningglobalizationoftheworldeconomy,thehealthydevelopmentofChina'ssecuritiesmarkethasaverycleartheoreticalandpracticalsignificancefortheimprovementofthesocialistmarketeconomyandthesteadyandhealthydevelopmentofChina'seconomy.Onthebasisofpreviousstudies,basedonMarx'stheoryoftimberandsocialistmarketeconomy,theexistingproblemsandCountermeasuresofstockmarketwerestudied.Thebackgroundandsignificanceofthetopicarediscussed,andtheresearchstatusathomeandabroadisreviewed,andtheresearchideasandmethodsaredetermined.Itdefinestheevolutionprocessofthesecuritiesmarketandtherelatedtheories.Todefinetherelatedconceptsofsocialistmarketeconomyfromtheperspectiveofthesecuritiesmarket,securitiesmarketandtheanalysisofexistingproblemsincludingthesecuritiesmarketoperationmechanismisnotperfect,thelackofactuallevelofmarketmechanism,therelativeunilateralstockfinancinglowstock,realnamesystemsupervisionmechanism.Thegovernanceofthelistedcompaniesisnotperfect:thelackofresponsibleshareholders,theshort-termbehaviorofinstitutionalinvestors,andthefalseinformationoftheinformationfillingthesecuritiesmarket.Thelegalsystemofmanipulationinsecuritiesmarketisnotperfect:thereisalackofsubstantiveprovisionsonmanipulation,andthelawisnotproperlyregulated,andtherelevantlegalliabilityprovisionsarenotclear.Therearemanydefectsinthesupervisionofthesecuritiesmarket:theabsenceofgovernmentsupervision,theconflictofcontroltargets,andthesinglesupervisionmode.Finally,weputforwardthecountermeasurestoimprovethesecuritiesmarketintheviewofthesocialistmarketeconomy.Weshouldimprovetheoperationmechanismofthesecuritiesmarket,optimizethegovernancemechanismoflistedcompanies,improvethelegalsystemofsecuritiesmarketmanipulation,andimprovethesupervisionmechanismofthesecuritiesmarket.Keywords:Socialistmarketeconomy;securitiesmarket;capitaloperation;perfectmechanism目录摘要....................................................................IAbstract.................................................................II目录..............
