摘要两面针为芸香科花椒属植物,在我国主要分布于福建、广东、广西、云南等地,是民间常用的一种植物药,其根、根皮及茎皮入药,主治风湿性关节痛、牙病、胃痛、咽喉肿痛、毒蛇咬伤等症。现代研究证明其具有抗肿瘤、镇痛等作用。但是为了让两面针尽可能发挥其药用价值,需要将其保存完好,什么样的贮存条件才能保障其活性成分最大限度地保留,是本文亟待解决的问题。本文在指出氯化两面针碱、宗多糖以及总黄酮的测定和制备方法基础上,对烘干前后两面针样品重要变化进行了分析,发现烘干后的样品比未烘干的样品重量增加较少,总灰分、总部黄酮、氯化两面针碱、多糖这四种物质在不同的包装情况下含量都会发生变化,密封和真空状态下的变化较不包装要小,同时低温环境下的变化比室温下的变化要小,这是因为密封活着真空包装会隔绝空气中的氧气和水分,希望本文的研究可以为两面针的贮存提供一定的参考指导作用。关键词:两面针;贮存技术;;氯化两面针碱;总黄酮;多糖AbstractBothsidesoftheneedleforRutaceaeZanthoxylum,mainlydistributedinChina'sFujian,Guangdong,Guangxi,Yunnanandotherplaces,isakindofcommonfolkmedicinalplants,root,rootbarkandstembarkusedfortreatingrheumaticjointpain,dentaldisease,stomachpain,sorethroat,snakebitedisease.Modernresearchhasprovedthatithasanti-tumor,analgesicandothereffects.ButinordertomaximizethemedicinalvalueofZanthoxylumnitidum,weneedtopreserveitwell,andwhatstorageconditionscanensurethatitsactivecomponentscanbemaximallypreserved,whichistheurgentproblemtobesolvedinthispaper.Thispaperpointsoutthatinthebasisofpreparationmethodanddeterminationofnitidinechloride,polysaccharidesandtotalflavonoids,onbothsidesoftheneedlesamplesbeforeandafterdryingimportantchangeswereanalyzed,foundthatafterdryingsamplesincreasedbylessthanthesampleweightwithoutdrying,totalash,theheadquartersofnitidinechloride,flavonoids,polysaccharidesofthefourinthepackagingmaterialunderdifferentcontentwillchange,andthechangeofsealingundervacuumpackagingisnotsmall,butchangesinlowtemperatureenvironmentthanthechangeofroomtemperatureshouldbesmall,thisisbecausethesealedvacuumpackagingwillisolatealiveoxygenandmoistureintheair,Ihopethisstudycanbestoredbothsidesoftheneedletoprovidereference.Keywords:twosidedneedles;storagetechnology;;chlorinoflavin;totalflavone;polysaccharide目录毕业设计(论文).........................................................................................................................................1摘要.............................................................................................................................................................2Abstract...........................................................................................................................................................31前言.............................................................................................................................................................61.1两面针...............................................................................................................................................61.2两面针化学成分...............................................................................................................................61.2.1生物碱成分............................................................................................................................61.2.2其他活性成分..................................................................................................................
