Division/Department:SupplyChainDepartment部门:物流部Jobtitle:MaterialWarehouseKeeper职位名称:物料仓库管理员Reportsto:SupplyChainManager汇报对象:物流经理Responsibilities:岗位职责:-Numberofsubordinates:0下属人数:0-Leadershipstyle(formanagersonly):领导风格(仅就经理之职):-Responsibilities:职责:1.Responsibleforthematerialinthewarehouse负责仓库的物料；2.Responsibleforthewarehousemanagement:toreceiveandsendthegoods负责仓库的管理:收发货物；3.Responsibleforthestockaccuracy对库存的精确性负责；4.Responsibleforpackingandtodothedocumentsforthespare-partsorder.负责备件的包装并为销售备件订单准备相关的文件。Contentsofthejob:工作内容:WarehouseManagement:仓库管理:-Toreceivethegoods(includingrawmaterial,out-sourcingparts,semi-finishedproducts,auxiliarymaterial,tools)fromthesupplier,andputthemintheQCarea.从供应商处收货(包括毛坯、外购件、半成品、辅料、工具),并放置待检区内；-Tocheckthequantityanddrawingnumberaccordingtothedeliveryform根据交货单核对货物数量和图号；Tosendthegoods:checkthequantityofthegoodstobedelivered(includingrawmaterial,semi-finishedproductsandfinishedproducts),andputtheminthedeliveryarea.发送货物:核对发货数量（包括毛坯、半成品和成品），并将其放置交货区；-Stockrecord:torecordallthewarehouseinflowsandoutflowsinthewarehouserecordbook.手工登记库存账目:对所有进出仓库的物料进行手工登帐；-Tocheckthequantityandsurfacequalityforthereturnedsub-contractedparts对送回的外加工零件的数量和外部质量进行检查。Reporting:汇报:-PositionholderSupervisor:该职位的直接主管希望得到如下汇报:1.Wantareportifthereareproblemsinthestock（includeprocessproblem,missingparts,…）有关库存异常的报告(包括仓储流程问题、零部件的遗失,…)；2.Wantthestockstatusreport库存状况的汇报。-Positionholder:任职人认为需要向直接主管提供如下汇报:1.Reportthereceivedmaterialform,whichmustbesignedbytheSupplyChainManager收料单必须交由物流经理签字；2.Reportthelistofgoodstobesent,whichmustbesignedbytheSupplyChainManager(thepositionholdermakesthelistaccordingtotheSupplyChainManagerpreparationwork)发货清单须由物流经理签字(该职位承担者根据物流经理的准备工作编制发货清单)；3.ReportstockproblemstotheSupplyChainManager向物流经理汇报库存问题。Level:Executer职位层级:执行层；Workingrelations:工作联系:1.WiththePurchaseAgents:与采购专员：-tocheckifthequantityofgoodsdeliveredisinaccordancewiththequantityinthepurchasecontract核对交货数量是否与采购合同上的数量一致；-toprovidesomestockinformationtothePurchaseAgents(materialshortageforexample)向采购专员提供一些库存信息（例如：物料不足）；-togivethereceivedmaterialformtothePurchaseAgents将收料单交与采购专员；2.WiththeSupplyChainManager:thereceivedmaterialformandissuedmaterialformforthefinishedpumpsmustbeconfirmedbytheSupplyChainManager与物流经理：收料单和成品领料单都须由物流经理确认；3.WiththeQCManager:togettheQCinspectionformforreceivedgoods,ortogetthestock-informforthefinishedparts与质检经理：从质检经理处得到收到货物的质检单和成品的入库单；4.WiththeQCpersonnel:togetthestock-informforthesemi-finishedparts与质检人员：从质检人员处得到半成品零件的入库单；5.WiththeWorkshopChief:togettheproductionplanforrawmaterial,inordertomakeapreparationofthematerialaccordingtotheplan与车间主任：从车间主任处得到毛坯的施工单，该职位承担者根据施工单进行备料；6.WiththeWorkers:togivethematerialstotheWorkers(rawmaterial,tools,auxiliarymaterial,…)与工人：车间工人从该职位承担者处领料（毛坯、工具、辅料,…）；7.WiththeProduct...
