道路环境随机性影响下可达性指标设计摘要城市交通路网由城市中所有道路构成,对城市人口的日常出行与城市经济的发展有重要影响。随着居民生活水平日益提高,对于出行的要求也随之提高,居民出行时,都希望寻求一个效率高且可达性高的出行方案。同时,可达性在评价城市交通发展状况中也有举轻重的作用。因此,对于交通路网可达性优化模型及评价研究具有很重要的现实意义。论文的主要工作和创新性成果如下:在已有的可达性指标研究中,多为研究城市路网的公共交通可达性,缺乏对私家车主群体的研究,而本文以驾车出行的私家车主为研究对象,研究其从出发地到目的地完成特定活动的时间效用。同时,针对以往研究中仅考虑了交通网络本身的阻隔因素,缺乏对道路环境中其他随机因素的评价,所以本文基于已有的对可达性指标的研究,对道路环境随机性影响下的可达性指标进行新的定义并建立模型,将道路堵塞和信号灯的等待时间成本加入可达性模型中;其次,针对以往的研究对机会需求的空间分布缺乏衡量标准,因此本文计算可达性指标时,以各段道路交通负荷量赋予权重,并基于实际的路网路径计算出发地到目的地的时间,从而反映出不同交通负荷的道路对整个局部交通路网的影响力。最后,列举实例,选取了盐城市与南京市市中心地段局部路网,计算两市局部路网可达性指标,对比分析最终得出结论。【关键词】交通路网;随机性影响;可达性指标DesignofaccessibilityindexundertheinfluenceofstochasticroadenvironmentAbstractTheurbantrafficnetworkiscomposedofalltheroadsinthecity,whichhasanimportantinfluenceonthedailytravelofurbanpopulationandthedevelopmentofurbaneconomy.Withtheimprovementofthelivingstandardsofresidents,thedemandfortravelhasalsoincreased,residentstravel,theyhopetofindahighefficiencyandaccessibilityofthetravelprogram.Atthesametime,accessibilityplaysanimportantroleintheevaluationofurbantrafficdevelopment.Therefore,itisofgreatpracticalsignificancetostudyontheoptimizationmodelandevaluationoftrafficnetworkaccessibility.Themainworkandinnovativeachievementsareasfollows:Inthestudyofaccessibilityinthepublictransportationaccessibilityofcityroadnetwork,thelackofresearchontheprivateownersgroup,andthedrivingprivatecarownersastheresearchobject,theresearchtocompletethespecificactivitiesofthetimeutility.Atthesametime,inviewofpreviousstudiesonlyconsiderthebarriersoftrafficnetwork,becauseofthelackofevaluationofotherrandomfactorsinroadenvironment,sotheresearchonaccessibilityindexbasedonthenewdefinitionofaccessibilityindexofrandomroadenvironmentundertheshadow.Andsetupthemodel,theroadcongestionandsignalwaitingtimecostaddingreachabilitymodel;Secondly,accordingtothepreviousstudiesonthespatialdistributionofopportunitydemandlackofstandards,thispapercalculatedtheaccessibilityindicators,toeachsectionofroadtrafficloadweight,andcalculatetodestinationtimebasedontheactualroad,whichreflectsthedifferenttrafficloadonthelocalroadtrafficnetworkinfluence.Finally,thelocalroadnetworkofYanChengcityandNanjingcityisselectedtocalculatetheaccessibilityindexofthelocalroadnetworkoftwocities.[Keywords]Trafficnetwork;Randomeffect;Accessibilityindex目录一、绪论........................................................................................................................................1(一)研究背景、目的与意义...............................................................................................1(二)相关研究综述..............................................................................................................2(三)论文框架............................................................................
