红豆男装敏捷供应链构建研究摘要随着经济的不断发展，服装业的发展态势愈来愈好。服装产品具有需求变化快、更新速度快等特点。现阶段，整个服装供应链存在环节冗长、反应时间长等诸多问题。因此，为满足消费者的需求，也为满足企业长久发展的需要，构建敏捷供应链的渠道模型已迫在眉睫。本文对红豆男装供应链模式进行了现状分析，通过对传统供应链的优化，以增强企业对市场快速反应的能力为导向展开了研究。本文的内容安排如下：首先，本文从供应链的模式、供应链结构图、供应链的信息传递方式以及供应链各环节响应周期这四方面介绍了红豆男装供应链的现状。其次，提出了红豆男装供应链管理中存在的问题；第一，需求预测不准确，库存积压量大。第二，信息单线传递，信息传递效率低。第三，供应链响应周期长，时效性差。最后，针对现有的问题，基于构建敏捷供应链的思想与构建原则，从建立广播式的信息共享传递模式、面料供应商参与产品设计模式、建立推--拉综合式敏捷性供应链生产系统、建立分仓配送中心这四个方面重新构建了红豆男装的供应链，优化后的供应链将有助于缩短红豆男装供应链的响应时间，提升响应速度。【关键词】红豆男装；敏捷供应链；快速响应；供应链模式ResearchonAgileSupplyChainConstructionofRedBeanMen'sClothingAbstractWiththecontinuousdevelopmentofeconomy,thedevelopmentoftheclothingindustryisgettingbetterandbetter.Apparelproductshavethecharacteristicsoffastchangingdemandandfastupdating.Atthisstage,thewholeapparelsupplychainhasmanyproblems,suchaslengthylinkandlongreactiontime.Therefore,inordertomeettheneedsofconsumers,andtomeettheneedsoflong-termdevelopmentofenterprises,itisurgenttobuildachannelmodelforagilesupplychain.Inthispaper,theredbeanmenswearsupplychainmodelofthestatusquoanalysis,throughthetraditionalsupplychainoptimization,inordertoenhancetheenterprise'sabilitytorespondquicklytothemarketresearch.Thecontentofthispaperisarrangedasfollows:Firstofall,thispaperintroducesthecurrentsituationofredbeanmen'ssupplychainfromfouraspects:supplychainmodel,supplychainstructurediagram,informationtransmissionmodeofsupplychainandsupplychainresponsecycle.Secondly,itputsforwardtheproblemsinthesupplychainmanagementofredbeanmen'sclothing.First,thedemandforecastisinaccurate,thewarehousequantityissmall,andthestockbacklogisbig.Second,thetransmissionofinformationsingleline,lowefficiencyofinformationtransmission.Third,thesupplychainhaslongresponsecycleandpoortimeliness.Finally,aimingattheexistingproblems,andtheconstructionprinciplesofconstructingagilesupplychainbasedontheidea,fromtheestablishmentofthebroadcastinformationsharingandtransmissionmode,fabricsuppliersinproductdesignmodel,establishpush-pullintegratedagilesupplychainproductionwarehouseanddistributioncenterofthefouraspectstoconstructtheredmen'ssupplychainestablishmentsystem,responsetimeoptimizationofthesupplychainwillhelpshortentheredmen'ssupplychain,improvetheresponsespeed.【Keywords】：redbeanmen'sclothing;agilesupplychain;quickresponse;supplychainmodel;目录一、绪论..........................................................................1（一）研究背景、目的与意义....................................................1（二)国内外研究综述..........................................................1（三）研究主要内容及创新点....................................................3二、红豆男装供应链运作现状........................................................3（一）红豆男装简介............................................................3（二）红豆男装供应链现状....................................................
