新疆番茄酱企业地方能耗限额标准的制定和调研摘要:能源资源作为经济、社会、人民生活发展的基础和命脉,其重要性是不言而喻的。能耗标准的制定将加快生产企业的产业结构性调整,促进行业的持续协调健康发展,对于环境保护,综合利用资源,降低能源消耗,减少污染物的排放量,对于规范和引导生产企业有效提高能源利用率,促进技术创新等方面意义重大。随着新疆番茄酱等行业的快速发展,出现了盲目建设,能源消耗不断增加的趋势。为节约能源,减少消耗,新疆番茄酱生产加工企业能耗限额标准的研究和构建迫在眉睫。新疆维吾尔自治区计量院国家城市能源中心承担起了此项工作,我作为项目组成员,参与考察调研了番茄酱生产加工企业,了解和掌握了某几家番茄酱企业近年来能源消耗水平和相关的数据分析资料;现有生产装置、工艺技术和用能设备现状;现有生产装置、工艺技术和用能设备的发展趋势;实施节能改造的经济可行性。收集整理了国内同行业的能耗限额标准,分析研究了目前新疆番茄酱生产企业的能源消耗状况,力求使限额标准做到技术上可行、经济上合理、可操作性强,并能到达节能的目标。此项目调研工作已经告一段落。关键词:节能减排;蕃茄酱企业;地方能耗限额标准;制定;调研分类号:TU375.3UDC624StipulationandsurveyofthelocalenergyconsumptionquotacriteriafortomatosauceprocessingenterprisesinXinjiangAbstract:Importanceofenergyresources,asthefoundationandlifebloodofeconomicdevelopment,forpeople'slifeandsociety,isself-evident.Developenergystandardswillaccelerateindustrialstructuraladjustmentofproductionenterprises,andcontinuetocoordinateandpromoteindustryhealthydevelopment.forenvironmentalprotection,comprehensiveutilizationofresources,reducingenergyconsumptionandemissionsofpollutants,itisgreatsignificancetostandardizeandguidetheproductionofenterprisestoimproveenergyefficiency.WiththerapiddevelopmentofXinjiang'stomatosauceandotherindustries,theemergenceofblindconstruction,energyconsumptionincreasingtrend.Inordertosaveenergyandreduceconsumption,itistimetoresearchonthestandardofXinjiangtomatopasteproductionandtheconstructionofimminentenergyconsumptionlimit.NationalCityenergycenteroftheXinjiangUygurAutonomousRegionMetrologyInstituteundertakethiswork,involvingintheinvestigationofthetomatosauceproductionandprocessingenterprises,understandingandmastering,inrecentyears,thelevelofenergyconsumptionandassociateddataanalysis,includingtechnologyandenergyequipmentstatusdevice,theexistingproduction;thedevice,processtechnologyanddevelopmenttrendofequipmentofexistingproduction;economicfeasibilityofimplementingenergy-savingtransformation.Collectingthelimitenergyconsumptionstandardsofthedomesticindustry,andanalyzeingthepresentXinjiangtomatopasteproductionenterpriseenergyconsumptioncondition,inordertomakethelimitstandardsbetechnologicallyfeasible,economicallyrational,strongoperability.itreachesthegoalofenergysaving.Thisprojectresearchworkhascometoanend.Keywords:Energysavingandemissionreduction;tomatosauce;thelocalenergyconsumptionquotacriteria;Stipulation;surveyClassification:TU375.3UDC624目次摘要...........................................................................................................................IAbstract.......................................................................................................................II目次........................................................................................................................IV图清单........................................................................................................
