摘要：随着市场经济的发展，建筑业也迅速发展，在这个过程中施工项目质量管理控制显得相当重要。本文结合部分建筑施工质量问题实例进行横向对比分析，重点论述施工项目质量管理控制方法。众所周知，靠质量树信誉，靠信誉拓市场，靠市场增效益没，靠效益求发展，是企业生存和发展的生命链。工程质量不仅关系到工程的适用性和项目的成本效果，而且关系到人民群众的生命财产安全。作为施工单位以质量求生存无疑是铁的定律，质量是企业发展生命线。尽管如此，目前，部分建筑施工企业项目质量管理中仍存在如下问题:1、建筑工程项目质量管理相关机制不健全，项目部人员分工不明确不细致，施工现场质量管理组织机制不健全，导致人员责任不明确，工程质量难以保证，进而影响整个工程的施工。2、施工质量意识薄弱，部分施工单位片面追求施工进度而忽视了施工质量，在施工过程中，只追求工期进度，造成质量欠缺，工程安全隐患增大。为解决以上问题，使工程质量管理更健康地发展，对工程施工项目质量管理的研究是非常有必要的和有意义的。本文主要从施工项目出现质量问题的原因、施工项目质量管理内容、施工项目质量管理方法、施工项目质量管理改进等几方面论述。关键词：建筑施工；质量控制；发展Abstract：Withthedevelopmentofmarketeconomyandtherapiddevelopmentofconstructionindustry,itisveryimportanttocontrolthequalityofconstructionprojectinthisprocess.Thequalitymanagementandcontrolmethodofconstructionprojectisdiscussedemphatically.Asweallknow,werelyonqualitytobuildcredibility,relyonreputationtoexpandmarket,relyonmarkettoincreasebenefit,andrelyonbenefittoseekdevelopment.Projectqualityisnotonlyrelatedtotheapplicabilityoftheprojectandthecosteffectoftheproject,butalsotothelifeandpropertysafetyofthepeople.QualityistheStudentofEnterpriseDevelopmentNevertheless,atpresent,someconstructionenterprisesstillhavethefollowingproblemsinprojectqualitymanagement:1.Therelatedmechanismforqualitymanagementofconstructionprojectsisnotperfect,andthedivisionoflaboramongthepersonneloftheprojectdepartmentisnotclearanddetailed.Theconstructionsitequalitymanagementorganizationmechanismisnotperfect,thepersonnelresponsibilityisnotclear,theprojectqualityisdifficulttoguarantee,thenaffectstheentireprojectconstruction.2,theconstructionqualityconsciousnessisweak,Inordertosolvetheaboveproblems,someconstructionunitshaveignoredtheconstructionqualityandignoredtheconstructionquality.Intheconstructionprocess,onlytheprogressoftheconstructionperiodispursued,whichresultsintheshortageofthequalityandtheincreaseofthehiddendangersoftheengineeringsafety.Inordertosolvetheaboveproblems,thequalitymanagementoftheprojectcanbedevelopedmorehealthilyItisverynecessaryandmeaningfultostudythequalitymanagementofconstructionprojects.Thispapermainlydiscussesthecausesofqualityproblemsinconstructionprojects,thecontentofqualitymanagementofconstructionprojects,andthemethodsofqualitymanagementofconstructionprojects.Constructionprojectqualitymanagementimprovementandsoonseveralaspectsdiscusses.Keywords：Construction;qualitycontrol;development目录1绪论..............................................................11.1研究背景及研究意义..........................................11.2国内外研究现状..............................................11.2.1国外研究现状...........................................11.2.2国内研究现状...........................................21.3研究方法及研究内容..........................................32理论综述..........................................................42.1施工项目质量管理.......................................
