摘要主课题主要根据HACCP体系在我国食品企业的发展现状,进一步对这个问题进行研究,本课题主要从HACCP系统概念、组成、特点、原理,及HACCP的发展史及应用,HACCP在我国食品企业的应用,从国际和中国的应用现状分析,最后对HACCP体系在我国食品企业的实施现状分析及问题研究,通过对我国食品企业的调查研究分析,进一步得到解决方案
