I宁波舟山港物流发展现状及竞争力分析摘要港口物流是近百年来被各学者频频提及的热点话题，之所以成为热点，是因为随着经济全球化，港口的发展问题对于经济水平的增长影响越来越大。而经济实力又作为综合国力最重要的体现，进而使得港口物流发展备受关注。从最初对影响港口发展的因素有了初步的认识，到初步建立港口研究的体系，运用多种科学方法对港口物流竞争力进行评价。而后，根据评价结果制定战略，进一步促进港口物流的发展。宁波舟山港作为国内仅次于上海港的港口，它的港口现状包括优势和存在的问题，对于国内的港口体系研究都有着不一般的参考价值，甚至可以作为一个典型的例子进行研究分析。因此，对宁波舟山港的物流发展现状进行整合分析，并运用相关方法进行竞争力评价分析，提出提高物流竞争力的对策是非常有意义的。基于此，本文运用物流管理相关理论对该课题展开探究。本文第一部分对港口物流以及因子分析理论进行了界定和阐述，并对重点介绍的因子分析进行详细的概念、步骤叙述。第二部分，从两大方面来介绍宁波舟山港的现状，分别是优势和劣势，优势又分为宁波舟山港的硬实力和软实力；劣势则为宁波舟山港存在的问题，包括集装箱吞吐量有待提高，港口综合服务水平不高和高端服务业落后的问题。第三部分，选取泊位总数、货物吞吐量、港口所在城市GDP总额等9个指标；选取天津港、上海港、深圳港等十个港口。在评价物流竞争力时，建立在因子分析之上，得出当前宁波舟山港存在港口所在城市经济发展水平不足，发展空间不够大，发展潜能挖掘不够的问题。最后一部分，就上述的问题提出相应提高竞争力的可行对策。关键词：港口物流，物流竞争力，宁波舟山港，因子分析法IIAnalysisonLogisticsDevelopmentStatusandCompetitivenessofNingboZhoushanPortAbstractPortlogisticsisahottopicfrequentlymentionedbyscholarsinthepast100years.Thereasonwhyithasbecomeahottopicisthatwiththeeconomicglobalization,thedevelopmentofportshasagreaterimpactonthegrowthofeconomiclevel.Asthemostimportantembodimentofcomprehensivenationalstrength,theeconomicstrengthmakesthedevelopmentofportlogisticsreceivemuchattention.Fromtheinitialunderstandingofthefactorsaffectingthedevelopmentoftheport,tothepreliminaryestablishmentoftheportresearchsystem,usingavarietyofscientificmethodstoevaluatethecompetitivenessofportlogistics.Then,accordingtotheevaluationresults,thestrategyisformulatedtofurtherpromotethedevelopmentofportlogistics.NingboZhoushanportissecondonlytoShanghaiportinChina.Itscurrentsituation,includingadvantagesandexistingproblems,isofgreatreferencevaluetothedomesticportsystemresearch,andcanevenbeusedasatypicalexampleforresearchandanalysis.Therefore,itisofgreatsignificancetointegrateandanalyzethelogisticsdevelopmentstatusofNingboZhoushanport,evaluateandanalyzethecompetitivenessbyusingrelevantmethods,andputforwardcountermeasurestoimprovethelogisticscompetitiveness.Basedonthis,thispaperusesthetheoryoflogisticsmanagementtoexplorethetopic.Thefirstpartofthispaperdefinesandexpoundstheportlogisticsandfactoranalysistheory,anddescribestheconceptandstepsoffactoranalysisindetail.ThesecondpartintroducesthecurrentsituationofNingboZhoushanportfromtwoaspects:advantagesanddisadvantages.Theadvantagesaredividedintohardpowerandsoftpower;ThedisadvantagesaretheexistingproblemsofNingboZhoushanport,includingthecontainerthroughputneedstobeimproved,thecomprehensiveserviceleveloftheportisnothighandthehigh-endserviceindustryisbackward.Inthethirdpart,nineindicatorsareselected,includingthetotalnumberofberths,cargothroughputandGDPoftheportcity;TenportsincludingTianjinport,ShanghaiportandShenzhenportareselected.Intheevaluationoflogisticscompetitiveness,bas...
