摘要自2020年以来，世界新型冠状病毒性肺炎日益严重，在世界各国经济衰退和国际贸易进出口急剧下降的前提下，中国对东盟国家地直接投资却出现稳步上涨地情况。截止到2020年，中国和东盟已成为彼此最大的贸易伙伴。所以本文就这个情况来探究中国对东盟各国直接投资的影响因素。本次研究主要从理论分析和实证分析共同入手，以更加全面的角度找出影响中国对东盟直接投资的主要影响因素。首先，从国家层面就中国对东盟各国的直接投资现状进行了研究；然后依靠理论层面从经济环境、自然环境、政治制度、市场规模等方面进行了论证分析，用数据和文字分析这几个因素对中国对东盟直接投资的影响。在进行影响因素的实证分析过程中，根据市场环境发展现状主要选取了东盟的市场规模，东盟政治稳定度，资源禀赋，中国每年对东道国的出口额，东道国人均GDP这五个主要影响因素作为实证部分的代理变量，论证它们在中国对东盟直接投资中的影响。在实证中首先确定了评价影响因素的计量模型和方法，然后对相关的度量指标进行了筛选，整理数据并在stata中进行回归分析，最后通过实证结果为对策和建议的提出提供了参考。论文最后得出研究结论，并针对性提出对策建议。关键词：中国；东盟；对外直接投资；影响因素PAGE\*MERGEFORMAT2AbstractSince2020,theworld'snewtypeofcoronaviruspneumoniaisbecomingmoreandmoreserious.Againstthebackgroundofthedeclineofcountriesintheworldandthesharpdeclineininternationaltradeimportsandexports,andtheeconomicandtradecooperationbetweenChinaandASEANcountriesisdevelopingsteadily.In2020,ChinaandASEANareeachother'slargesttradingpartners.Therefore,itisextremelyimportanttostudytheinfluencingfactorsofChina'sdirectinvestmentinASEANcountries.ThisarticlemainlyusestheoreticalanalysisandempiricalanalysisofASEANcountriestofindoutthemainfactorsthatinfluenceChina'sdirectinvestmentinASEAN.First,throughtheanalysisofASEANasawhole,industryandcountry,understandthecurrentsituationofChina'sdirectinvestmentinASEAN.Then,itisthetheoreticalanalysisofChina'sdirectinvestmentinASEAN,startingwitheconomicenvironmentalfactors,naturalenvironmentalfactors,politicalsystemfactors,andmarketscalefactors,usingdataandtexttoanalyzetheimpactofthesefactorsonChina'sdirectinvestmentinASEAN.IntheempiricalanalysisoftheinfluencingfactorsofChina’sdirectinvestmentinASEAN,thisarticleselectsASEAN’smarketsize,ASEAN’spoliticalstability,resourceendowment,China’sannualexportstothehostcountry,andthehostcountry’sGDPpercapitaasthefivemaininfluencingfactorsbasedontheaboveanalysis.EmpiricalpartoftheproxyvariablestodemonstratetheirinfluenceonChina’sdirectinvestmentinASEAN.Intheempiricalwork,firstestablishthemeasurementmodelandmeasurementmethodoftheinfluencingfactorsofChina'sdirectinvestmentinASEAN,andthenselectthemeasurementindicatorsoftheinfluencingfactors,collatethedataandperformregressioninstata.Thenanalyzetheempiricalresults,whichprovidethebasisforthenextcountermeasuresandsuggestions.Attheendofthethesis,theresearchconclusionsaredrawnandcountermeasuresandsuggestionsareputforward.Keywords:ASEAN;foreigndirectinvestment;influencingfactorsPAGE\*MERGEFORMAT2目录1绪论..............................................................11.1研究背景................................................................................................................11.2研究意义................................................................................................................11.3国内外研究现状....................................................................................................21.3.1中国对东盟直接投资规模...
