摘要绩效考核是民营企业绩效管理和人力资源管理的重要手段,但是由于我国民营企业对绩效考核导致的法律风险认识不足,常常遇到法律纠纷
因此,民营企业应当对绩效考核引起的法律纠纷高度重视,加强防范,从而避免和减轻风险和危机的发生
