江苏省中小企业公共服务平台网络建设研究摘要在我国国民经济、社会发展中以及企业布局中小微企业扮演着十分重要角色，是创新的主力，是保持经济社会稳定发展的重要力量，如何促进中小微微企业的发展，提高中小微微企业的核心竞争能力，是社会稳定和国计民生等的重要战略任务的重要课题。本文将产业集群理论与服务于中小微企业公共服务平台的结合作为研究的逻辑起点，参阅大量的国内外文献资料，通过实证研究，分析了目前产业集群理论研究取得的成果，将产业集群理论引入中小微企业公共服务平台，提出以平台集群构建中小微企业公共服务平台网络，通过平台网络服务中小微企业是增强其核心竞争力的关键所在。本文主要研究了江苏省中小微企业公共服务平台网络建设需要解决的几个问题：第一，实施平台网络建设的理论基础和框架；第二，如何搭建平台网络建设框架是实施方案的关键所在；第三，以江苏省中小微企业公共信息化服务平台为例证进行平台网络建设的实证研究，为江苏省中小微企业公共服务平台网络建设架构获取数据支撑；第四，提出江苏省中小微企业公共服务平台网络建设规划方案。本文的主要研究成果可以分为以下三个方面：第一、如何将产业集群理论与平台经济有效融合；第二，针对理论框架进行实践性验证；第三，提出江苏省中小微企业公共服务平台网络建设基本规划。关键词：中小微企业公共服务平台网络建设政府ABSTRACTSmallandmedium-sizedenterprises(SMEs)areanimportantforceinChina'snationaleconomicandsocialdevelopment.PromotingthedevelopmentofSMEsnotonlylaysanimportantfoundationformaintainingthesteadyandrapiddevelopmentofthenationaleconomy,itisalsoamajorstrategictaskrelatedtothepeople'slivelihoodandsocialstability.TakingtheSMEclustertheoryandpublicserviceplatformforSMEsasalogicalstartingpointforresearch,thispapersummarizesalargenumberofdomesticandforeignliteratures.Theempiricalstudyiscarriedoutfully,thecurrentresearchresultsfromindustrialclustertheoryoftheSMEareanalyzed,andtheclustertheoryisintroducedintotheplatformeconomy.Basedonthese,strategiessuchasstrengtheningtheconstructionofpublicservicenetworkplatformforSMEsasakeytoenhancetheircorecompetitivenessareputforward.ThispapermainlystudiessomeproblemsneedtobesolvedintheconstructionofpublicservicenetworkplatformforSMEsinJiangsuProvince:first,thetheoreticalbasisandframeworkmodelforimplementingplatformnetwork;second,thekeyanddetailstepforbuildingthenetworkplatform;third,theempiricalresearchonJiangsuProvinceInformationServicePlatformConstructionforSMEs,includingdataacquisitionsupportforSMEsinJiangsuprovincepublicservicenetworkplatform;fourth,theplanforconstructingJiangsuprovincepublicserviceplatformofnetworkforSMEs.Themainresearchresultsofthispapercanbedividedintothefollowingthreeaspects:first,theeffectiveintegrationofindustrialclustertheoryandtheplatformeconomy;second,theverificationforthecorrespondingtheorythroughpractice;third,theplanningforbuildingJiangsuprovincepublicservicenetworkplatformforSMEsKEYWORDS：IndustrialclusterSmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesPublicserviceplatformNetworkconstructionGovernment目录摘要.............................................................iiABSTRACT..........................................................iii第1章绪论........................................................11.1问题的提出.................................................11.1.1研究背景..............................................11.1.2研究意义..............................................31.2研究思路和方法.............................................31.2.1研究思路..............................................31.2.2研究方法.....
