这种食脍风俗最早能够远溯至先秦时期,唐宋社会尤为盛行,到了明清时代便在中国大地上逐步衰微
本文通过援引大量古籍材料,试图梳理陈旧的食脍传统在古中国社会的历史开展脉络,进而说明这种饮食传统对日本生鱼片风俗的深远妨碍
