重庆大学本科学生毕业设计（论文）产业集聚与对外直接投资区位选择研究学生：张娜学号：20092850指导教师：金镝专业：国际经济与贸易重庆大学公共管理学院二O一三年六月GraduationDesign(Thesis)ofChongqingUniversityResearchonindustrialagglomerationandlocationchoiceofoutwardforeigndirectinvestmentUndergraduate:ZhangNaSupervisor:Prof.JinDiMajor:InternationalEconomicsandtradeSchoolofPublicAffairsChongqingUniversityJune2013摘要随着经济全球化发展的趋势，产业集聚已逐渐成为对外直接投资区位选择的重要影响因素。统计资料显示，现阶段我国对外直接投资正处于蓬勃上升阶段，但我国对外直接投资区域分布极不平衡，因此本文提出对外直接投资区位选择研究，加强对外直接投资区位选择的合理性。本文首先阐述了有关产业集聚和对外直接投资区位选择相关理论，接着对我国对外直接投资现状进行分析，指出我国对外直接投资先存在的问题，以及面临的发展机遇和挑战，并分析了我国对外直接投资区位选择的几个重要影响因素，最后本文重点分析了产业集聚对我国企业对外直接投资区位选择的影响机理，结果表明产业集聚通过降低商务成本、影响经济外部性效益，降低了进行对外直接投资企业的成本，提高了企业效率，增强了企业竞争力，认为产业集聚是我国对外直接投资区位选择的重要影响因素，在结论部分在我国企业对外直接投资区位选择方面给出了发展建议。关键词：产业集聚，对外直接投资，区位选择，影响机理ABSTRACTWiththetrendofeconomicglobalization,industrialagglomerationhasbecometheimportantfactorsofFDIlocationchoice.StatisticaldatashowthatforeigndirectinvestmentinChinaatthepresentstageisintheboomingrisestage,buttheunevenregionaldistributionofforeigndirectinvestment,sointhispaper,weresearchonforeigndirectinvestmentlocationchoice,inordertostrengthentherationalityofoutwardforeigndirectinvestmentlocationchoice.Inthispaper,wefirstdescribestherelevanttheoriesofindustrialagglomerationandforeigndirectinvestmentlocationchoice,thenweanalyzedthecurrentsituationofChina’sforeigndirectinvestment,pointedoutthattheproblemofChina'sforeigndirectinvestment,andtheopportunitiesandchallengeswefacingnowaboutthedevelopmentofChina’sforeigndirectinvestmentlocationchoice,thenanalyzedsomeimportantimpactfactorsofChina’sforeigndirectinvestmentlocationchoice.Finally,weanalyzetheinfluencemechanismwhichindustrygatheringimpacttoChina’sForeignDirectInvestment,andtheresultsshowthatindustrialagglomerationbyreducingbusinesscostsandimpactoneconomicexternalitybenefitsreducingtheforeigndirectinvestmententerprisecosts,improvingbusinessefficiencyandenhancingthecompetitivenessofenterprises.Basedontheaboveresearch,wethinkthattheindustrialagglomerationisanimportantfactorsaboutOFDIlocationchoice,andinthissectionweprovidesomedevelopmentproposalsonChina’sforeigndirectinvestmentlocationchoice.Keywords:industrialagglomeration,outwardforeigndirectinvestment,locationchoice,influencemechanism目录中文摘要IABSTRACT..................................................................................................................II1绪论..............................................................................................................................11.1选题背景................................................................................................................................11.2研究目的及意义....................................................................................................................21.3研究内容及方法......................................................................................
