摘要私人银行业务是以富裕阶层为目标客户的个人理财服务。随着改革开放30年以来的高速经济增长,富裕阶层的人数不断增加,因此，对私人银行业务的潜在需求将会越来越多。特别是在当前金融危机的冲击下，中资银行看到了机会——次贷危机的无底洞让中国成为较为安全的投资“避风港”,一些中国富裕人士可能更倾向于将其资产留在国内。因此，对私人银行业务具有潜在需求的客户将会越来越多。同时随着金融混业经营的趋势和稳步推进的税制改革,以及出台新的《物权法》，这对农业银行来说，是发展私人银行业务的历史性机遇。但农业银行开展私人银行业务也存在着许多困难和挑战，因为我国缺乏有关私人银行业务的法律法规以及商业银行自身的问题。本文在借鉴国外商业银行开展私人银行成功经验的基础上,运用SWOT方法对农业银行开展私人银行业务的优势、劣势、机遇及挑战进行全方位分析，并提出农业银行开展私人银行业务的战略选择和路径依赖，最终得出的结论是，农业银行开展私人银行业务最理想的模式应该是立足中国本土市场与文化，在深入了解本土私人银行客户需求与偏好的基础上，通过引进外资私人银行先进的理念、技术与产品，并在此基础上推动服务转型、加强产品研发、培养专业人才以及完善私人银行业务体系，这样才能真正打造出具有强大竞争力的私人银行业务发展模式。关键词：私人银行业务；农业银行；SWOT分析；发展战略IIAbstractPrivatebankingbusinessarepersonalpropertyinvestmentandmanagementserviceswhicharededicatedtothewealthyclass.Inrecentyears,withthedevelopmentofChina'seconomy,theaccumulationofprivatewealtharegrowingquicklyandastablehigh-incomewealthygroupshavebeenformed,especiallyinthecurrentfinancialcrisis,Chineseprivatebanksseeanopportunity-thesub-primecrisismakeAsia,particularlyChinabecomea"safehaven"ofinvestment,anumberofwealthyChinesemightbemoreinclinedtomovetheirassetstostayinChina.Therefore,thepotentialdemandforprivatebankingwillbemoreandmorelarger.Aspropertylaw’scomingoutandthetaxreform’ssteadyadvancing,aswellastherelaxationofmixedoperationmanagement,thedevelopmentofAgriculturalBank’sprivatebankingBusinessisfacingahistoricopportunity.Atthesametime,duetoChina'srelevantlawsandChinesecommercialbanks’ownproblems,AgriculturalBankisstillfacingalotofdifficultiesandchallengestocarryout.Inthispaper,onbasisofsuccessfulexperienceofforeigncommercialbanks,usingSWOTmethodtoanalyzetheprivatebankingBusinessofAgriculturalBankofChina,andproposedtocarryouttheAgriculturalBankofprivatebankingbusiness,strategicchoiceandpathdependence,Finally,wecametotheconclusionthatthebestmodeofprivatebankingbusinessofAgriculturalBankofChinaisbasedonthelocalChinesemarketandculture,andtheunderstandingoflocalprivatebankingcustomer’scharacteristics,needsandpreferences,throughimportingforeignprivatebanks’advancedconcepts,technologiesandproducts,andpromotingtransformationofservicesandstrengtheningproductdevelopment,trainingprofessionalsandbuildingaprivatebankingsystem,sothatwecanreallycreateastrongcompetitiveprivatebankingdevelopmentmode.Keywords:Privatebankingbusiness;AgriculturalBankofChina;SWOTanalysis;DevelopmentstrategyIII目录摘要............................................................................................................................IAbstract........................................................................................................................II第1章导论................................................................................................................11.1研究的目的和意义.................................................................................
