西安通信学院西安710106)摘要:介绍了一种基于TOP227Y三端离线式PWM集成芯片的反激式开关稳压电源;分析了TOP227Y的特性和工作原理,设计了一款功率50W,输出+15V的单片开关电源,并对系统开关电源实用电路及主要单元电路进行了详细的分析,进行了参数值计算、器件的选取与电路设计;最后,给出了该电源输出实验波形,并进行了整体性能分析
实验证明:该开关稳压电源具有效率高、纹波小、输出电压稳定等优点
