摘要随着我国经济的发展，人们的生活水平有了显著提高，假日经济和旅游经济已经成为人们消费的热点。各地也把旅游业当作本地经济发展的重要支柱之一，促进了酒店业的快速发展。从而酒店的业务量不断增长，信息的处理越来越复杂。因此，酒店对实现计算机化、信息化有着越来越强烈需求。酒店管理系统的目标就是立足酒店应用实际，着眼于酒店未来发展，以强化酒店管理，提高酒店的服务效率和服务质量。本文首先阐述了酒店管理系统的相关定义，酒店管理系统在酒店管理工作中的作用和意义，国内酒店管理系统的研究现状；然后对酒店管理系统作了详细的分析和设计。在分析中首先对系统的需求性和可行性进行了详细的分析，在此基础上得出新系统的业务流程图及数据流程图，随后进行了数据字典的设计；在系统的设计中首先对系统的总体功能进行了设计，随之对各子系统的功能进行了详细的设计，各子系统的功能基本上可以满足酒店日常管理的需求及客人住店的要求。数据库的设计采用了E-R图和二维表的形式来表示；最后对系统的软硬件的配置作了选择。本系统在分析和设计的过程中始终遵循着实用性、先进性、可靠性、经济性等原则。本系统的运行可以改善酒店管理质量、提高酒店总台工作人员的工作效率以及客人的满意度，降低酒店的运营成本等。关键词：酒店管理系统；系统分析；系统设计AbstractWiththedevelopmentofChina’seconomy,people’slivingstandardshavebeenimprovedsignificantly.Consequently,holidayeconomyandtourismeconomyhavebeenhotpotsofconsume.Tourismineachregionisrecognizedasoneoftheimportantpillarsforlocaleconomicdevelopmentandtherapiddevelopmentofthehotelindustryispromoted.Asaresult,thehotelbusinesscontinuestogrowandtheinformationprocessingbecomesmoreandmorecomplex.Therefore,thedemandofthecomputerized,informationtechnologyhasbecomeincreasinglystrong.ThegoalofHotelManagementSystemisbasedontheactualapplicationofthehotel.Itfocusesonthehotel’sfuturedevelopment,aimingtostrengthenthehotelmanagementandimprovehotelserviceefficiencyandservicequality.Thispaperbeginsbydescribingtherelevantdefinitionofhotelmanagementsystems,andtheroleandsignificanceofhotelmanagementsysteminhotelmanagementjob,andthestatusquoaboutdomestichotelmanagementsystem;andthendoesthedetailedanalysisandthedesigntothehotelmanagementsystem.Inanalysis,First,ithascarriedonthedetailedanalysistosystem'sdemandingandthefeasibility;Second,itobtainsthenewsystem'sserviceflowchartandthedataflowchartbasedonabove,thenfollowedbythedatadictionarydesign;insystem'sdesign,firstithascarriedonthedesigntosystem'soverallfunction,thenonthedetaileddesigntovariousofsubsystems'functionwhichbasicallymaysatisfytherequestforthehotelcurrentmanagementandthedemandofthevisitorsstayingataninn.ThedatabasedesignhasbeenexpressedbyadoptingtotheE-Rchartandthetwo-dimensionaltableform;Finallyithasmadethechoicetosystem'ssoftwareandhardware'sdisposition.Thissystemhasalwaysfollowedthepractical,advanced,reliable,economicandotherprinciplesinanalysinganddesigningprocess.Theoperationofthesystemcanimprovethequalityofhotelmanagement,theworkefficiencyofthehotelreceptionstaffandsatisfactionofguest,andreducetheoperatingcostsofthehotel.Keywords:hotelsmanagementsystem;Systemanalysis;SystemDesign目录引言..........................................................1第一章概述...............................................21.1酒店管理系统的含义............................21.2酒店管理系统的作用............................31.3酒店管理系统的意义............................3第二章金凯云天大酒店管理系统分析......52.1金凯云天大酒店概况............................52.2系统初步调查........
