IStudyontheImpactofTechnologicalInnovationontheChina’sExportofHigh-techIndustry摘要当前，中国经济发展正处于关键时期。创新驱动发展战略的核心是大力推进高新技术产业升级。同时，技术创新是高新技术产业出口的核心竞争力。本文试图从全国和东中西部地区层面，且将教育投资对技术创新间接的影响考虑在内,研究我国技术创新对高技术产业出口的具体影响。从而使我们能够更直观地理解技术创新以及促进技术创新和提出针对高新技术产业发展的有效策略。本文首先从技术创新和高新技术产业出口的历史背景入手，然后简要分析了我国技术创新和高新技术产业出口的现状。然后利用PVAR模型衡量技术创新对高新技术产业出口的影响程度。第三，在实证结果的基础上，详细分析了技术创新对高新技术产业出口的影响。此外,从以下三个方面提出了一些建议：中国技术创新水平的区域异质性；高科技产业及其子行业的出口不平衡以及技术创新对高技术产业出口的影响存在的区域异质性。期望能对中国高科技产业的出口贸易的发展有所帮助。关键词：高新技术产业出口;技术创新;中国IIIIIAbstractCurrently,theeconomicdevelopmentofChinaisatacrucialpoint.Thecoreofinnovation-drivendevelopmentstrategyistryingtoupgradehigh-techindustriesvigorously.Meanwhile,technologicalinnovationsustainscorecompetitivenessfortheexportofhigh-techindustries.Inrecentyears,scholarsathomeandabroadhaveconductedaseriesofdiscussionsontechnologicalinnovationandexportissuesofhigh-techindustries.However,fewscholarshaveconductedresearchfromtwoaspectsintermsofnationwideandregions.Therefore,thispapertriestotakeintoaccounttheindirecteffectsofeducationalinvestmentontechnologicalinnovationsfromthetwoaspectsintermsofnationwide,regions,thusenablingustounderstandtechnologicalinnovationmoreintuitivelyaswellasfacilitateeffectivestrategiesforthetechnologicalinnovationandhigh-techindustrydevelopmentofChina.Firstly,thisarticlestartswiththebackgroundinformationabouttechnologicalinnovationandhigh-techindustryexports,andthenitbrieflyanalyzesthecurrentstatusofChinesetechnologicalinnovationandhigh-techindustryexports.ThenthePVARmodelwasusedtomeasurethedegreeofimpactoftechnologicalinnovationontheexportofhigh-techindustries.Thirdly,onthebasisofempiricalresults,theimpactoftechnologicalinnovationontheexportofhigh-techindustrieswasanalyzedspecifically.Inaddition,somesuggestionsareputforwardfromthreeaspects:theregionalheterogeneityofChina'stechnologicalinnovationlevel,theimbalanceofhigh-techindustryanditssub-industryexport,andtheregionalheterogeneityoftheinfluenceoftechnologicalinnovationonhigh-techindustryexportwiththeexpectationforhelpingthedevelopmentofChina'shigh-techindustryexporttrade.Keywords:High-techIndustryExport;TechnologicalInnovation;ChinaIVContents摘要................................................................................................................................IAbstract........................................................................................................................IIContents......................................................................................................................IIIChapter1Introduction................................................................................................1Chapter2TheoriesandLiteratureReview...............................................................32.1RelatedTheoriesofHigh-techIndustryExportandTechnologicalInnovation32.2LiteratureReview..............................................................................................
