摘要:在我国,物业管理目前已初步形成了前景广阔、充满生机、最具发展潜力的新兴行业之一
伴随着我国社会经济和房地产市场的快速发展,已逐渐成为房地产经营管理的重要组成部分
物业管理的推进与发展,改善了广大居民的生活、工作环境,推动了两个文明建设,为促进住宅建设成为新的经济增长点和实施社会再就业工程作出了积极的贡献
但是,像其他新兴的事物一样,发展到一定时期就会出现"瓶颈"状,暴露出各种各样的问题
而面对现状,我们必须认识到物业管理企业的专业化与规模化、股权化与市场化;物业管理的智能化与网络化发展;物业管理行业的规范化与法制化发展是我国物业管理改变现状、立足未来的必由之路
本人就读物业管理专业,曾在上海诚成物业管理有限公司实习,虽然目前没有继续在相关专业实习,但根据所学所闻所感,也试讨论一下我国物业的发展
