天津职业技术师范大学TianjinUniversityofTechnologyandEducation毕业论文专业：机械制造工艺教育班级学号：机制0714班-25学生姓名：王用指导教师：吴国祥教授二〇一二年六月天津职业技术师范大学本科生毕业论文面向车间作业的生产调度管理系统的研究ResearchofproductionSchedulingmanagementsystemforworkshop专业班级：机制0714班学生姓名：王用指导教师：吴国祥教授系别：机械工程学院2012年6月摘要目前，企业之间的竞争日益加据，而企业之间的竞争，归根到底为生产成本之间的竞争，所以每个企业都根据自己的实际情况从多方面入手去降低运作成本，提高生产效益。而生产调度作为生产计划与控制里面的重要一环，成为众多企业争相改进的重要一点。企业里专门的调度机构的产生，是由于现代工业企业，生产环节多，协作关系复杂，生产连续性强，情况变化快，某一局部发生故障，或某一措施没有按期实现，往往会波及整个生产系统的运行。因此，加强生产调度工作，对于及时了解、掌握生产进度，研究分析影响生产的各种因素，根据不同情况采取相应对策，使差距缩小或恢复正常是非常重要的。机械加工生产车间是企业加工生产产品的主要部门，车间执行由生产调度者传递过来的生产计划，车间将内部进行动态信息反馈给生产调度者，生产调度者依据反馈来的车间生产信息调节生产计划，再传递给车间执行。由于机械加工的车间加工工艺过程繁多，大量信息处于频繁的变动中。为了反映出车间的动态信息、根据车间的生产能力进行合理的作业编排，开发了面向车间作业的生产调度管理系统，此系统能及时反映出车间的生产进度，实现了车间自动作业编排使产能达到平衡，并且可以脱离集成制造系统独立使用，极大的提高了灵活性。关键字：车间；生产计划；产能平衡ABSTRACTAtpresent,thecompetitionbetweentheenterprisesisincreasinglyaddedto,andthecompetitionbetweentheenterprises,inthefinalanalysisisthecompetitionbetweentheproductioncost,soeachenterpriseaccordingtotheiractualsituationfrommanyaspectstoreduceoperatingcosts,improveproductionefficiency.Productionschedulingforproductionplanningandcontrolwhichisimportantoneannulus,becomenumerousenterprisetoimproveanimportantpoint.Theenterprisespecializedschedulingmechanism,isduetomodernindustrialenterprises,productionprocesses,thecomplexityofthecollaborativerelationship,productioncontinuity,thesituationischangingfast,andapartialfailure,orsomemeasureoflatetoachieve,oftenspreadtotheentireproductionrun.Therefore,toenhancetheproductionschedulingwork,masterproductionscheduletokeepabreastofresearchanalyzingtheimpactoftheproductionofavarietyoffactorstotakeappropriatecountermeasures,underdifferentcircumstances,sothatthegapbacktonormalisveryimportant.Mechanicalprocessingworkshopofthemainsectorsoftheprocessingproducts,shopperformspassedoverbytheproductionscheduling,productionplanning,theworkshopwillbewithinthedynamicinformationfeedbacktotheproductionscheduling,productionschedulingaccordingtothefeedbacktotheworkshopproductioninformationtoadjusttheproductionplanbeforebeingpassedtotheshopfloorexecution.Rangeofmachiningprocessduetothemachiningworkshop,largeamountsofinformationinthefrequentchanges.Aimingatthecharacteristicofcomplicatedmachiningtechniquesandlotsofvariationinformationintheworkshop,TheworkshopmanufacturingexecutionsystemforCIMSisemboldenedmakinguseoftheadvancedITandcomputertechnology.Thissystemcanreflectproductioninformationintimebalancethemanufacturepowerandarrangepreparatoryprogramonwork,alsoconnectenterpriseprogramwithmanufacturingprocess.KeyWords：workshop;productionscheduling;MES天津职业技术师范大学2012届本科生毕业论文目录1绪论........................................................11....
