广州地铁车辆中心B型设备管理存在问题及对策措施摘要对于广州市地下铁道集团有限公司(以下简称:广州地铁),列车每天是否能正常的运营,背后离不开设备的正常运转。设备管理水平的高低是现代轨道交通企业对社会公益效益的重要体现。从现实运营生产管理中面对当前B部设备管理中存在的问题进行了系统分析。并对所存在的问题提出了针对性的相应对策措施。本文首先调查了广州地铁车辆中心B型车维修部(以下简称为:B部)目前设备的现状。现有管理现状分为:设备管理职能的分配、设备的分类、设备的程序员、设备的管理制度、最后是设备的主要特点。介绍了B部的管理现状主要是为了更好的分析B部存在的设备问题。分析了其设备特点和管理制度,将其设备管理全过程划分为设备前期管理、设备的后期管理(包括设备润滑管理、设备维修管理、设备备件管理、特种设备管理)等二大方面。也就是设备管理存在问题分为设备前期设备存在问题和设备后期管理存在问题。并对这二大方面存在的问题进行了分析与研究。通过分析研究了设备的前期设备和后期管理存在的问题,并针对存在问题提出了设备管理前期和后期相应的对策措施。最后,在这次设备管理研究中,可为B部生产经营中大幅度节约成本,提高工作效率期望能在本文研究中起作用,以形成一个能在车辆中心内有效应用的设备管理模式,促进广州地铁的设备管理水平的进步,改善B部的经营管理与设备管理。关键词:B部;设备管理;存在问题;对策措施IAbstractFortheMassTransitRailwayGroupCo.,Ltd.,Guangzhou(hereinafterreferredtoas:GuangzhouMetro),thetrainistoresumenormaloperationsadaybehindthenormaloperationofthedevicecannotbeseparated.Thelevelofequipmentmanagementisamodernrailtransportbusinessanimportantembodimentofsocialwelfarebenefits.FromapracticalproductionmanagementoperationsinthefaceofthecurrentMinistryofEquipmentManagementBproblemswereanalyzed.Theproblemsandputforwardcorrespondingcountermeasurestargeted.ThispaperinvestigatedthecenterofGuangzhouMetroVehicleMaintenanceModelBDivision(hereinafterreferredtoas:BDivision)ofthecurrentdevicestatusquo.Statusoftheexistingmanagementisdividedinto:equipmentmanagementfunctions,distribution,equipment,classification,deviceprogrammers,devicemanagementsystem,andfinallythemainfeaturesofthedevice.BdescribesthestatusoftheDepartment'smanagementismainlytheanalysisofBinordertobetterpresenttheMinistryofequipmentproblems.Analyzesthecharacteristicsoftheirequipmentandmanagementsystems,willmanagethewholeprocessofitsequipmentisdividedintopre-managementdevice,equipment,post-management(includingequipmentlubricationmanagement,equipmentmaintenancemanagement,equipment,sparepartsmanagement,specialequipmentmanagement)andothertwomajoraspects.Thatis,problemswithequipmentmanagementproblemsaredividedintoequipment,devicesandequipmentforpre-post-managementproblems.Andthesetwobigproblemsthatexistinanalysisandresearch.Analysisoftheequipmentthroughtheequipmentandpost-managementofpre-existingproblemsandputforwardtheexistingproblemsearlyandlatedevicemanagementmeasuresaccordingly.Finally,intheequipmentmanagementresearch,productionandoperationoftheMinistryforBinsignificantcostsavings,improveefficiencyhopetoplayaroleinthisstudytoformatrafficcenterintheeffectiveapplicationofthedevicemanagementmodel,thepromotionofGuangzhouMetro'sequipmentmanagementlevelsofadvancement,toimprovetheBDivision'soperatingmanagementandequipmentmanagement.Keywords:Bdepartment;devicemanagement;problems;countermeasuresII目录摘要.................................................................................................................................................IABSTR...
