摘要在幼儿园中，幼儿和同龄幼儿在一起的时间最多，幼儿同伴交往也就显得十分重要。建立良好的同伴关系对幼儿有重要的意义。但是在幼儿同伴交往中，存在许多问题，包括：幼儿缺乏同伴交往策略；幼儿缺少同伴交往机会；幼儿在同伴交往中出现不良行为；幼儿在同伴交往中出现不良情绪。幼儿同伴交往的影响因素，三个大方面分别是：幼儿、家庭、教师。幼儿个人因素包括幼儿年龄特征、不同类型幼儿的性格特征、幼儿的外貌特征；家庭因素包括父母的教养观念、亲子关系、家庭结构、家庭环境；幼儿园因素包括教师的专业素质、师幼关系、幼儿园环境。针对当前幼儿同伴交往中存在的问题，本文分别从家长、教师两方面来论述指导策略，家长方面：要改变错误的教养方式；要起到示范作用；要建立良好的亲子关系；建设良好的家庭环境；做到家园教育一致。教师方面：教师要幼儿创造同伴交往的机会；要教给幼儿同伴交往技巧；要训练幼儿社交技能和社会认知能力；要重视幼儿园环境创设和家园合作，从而解决幼儿同伴交往中的问题。关键词：幼儿同伴交往；同伴关系；问题分析；解决策略AbstractInthekindergarten,thechildrenandthesameagechildreninthemosttime,thechildren'speercommunicationisalsoveryimportant.Itisofgreatsignificancetoestablishagoodpeerrelationshipforyoungchildren.Butthecommunicationamongchildren,therearemanyproblems,including:lackofchildren'speerinteractionstrategies;children'slackofpeerinteractionopportunities;badbehaviourofchildreninpeerinteraction;negativeemotionsappearinpeerinteractioninchildren.Theinfluencefactorsofchildren'speerinteraction,thethreemajoraspectsare:children,families,teachers.Children'spersonalfactorsincludingchildrenagecharacteristics,differenttypesofchildren'spersonality,children'sphysicalcharacteristics;familyfactorsincludeparentingideas,parent-childrelationship,familystructure,familyenvironmentfactorsincluding;kindergartenteachers'professionalquality,therelationshipbetweenteacherandchildren,thekindergartenenvironment.Aimingattheexistingproblemsinthecurrentpeerinteraction,thispaperrespectivelyfromthetwoaspectsofparentsandteacherstodiscusstheguidingstrategyforparents:tochangethewrongupbringing;shouldplayanexemplaryrole;toestablishagoodparent-childrelationship;theconstructionofagoodfamilyenvironment;dohomeeducation.Teachers:teachersshouldcreatechildrenpeerinteractionopportunities;toteachchildrenpeerinteractionskills;trainingofchildren'ssocialskillsandsocialcognitiveability;attentionshouldbepaidtothekindergartenenvironmentcreationandtheircooperation,soastosolvetheproblemsinpeerinteraction.Keywords:Peerinteraction;peerrelationship;problemanalysis引言同伴交往能力在现代社会中很重要，培养良好同伴交往能力关键是在幼儿园时期。良好的同伴关系对幼儿的身心发展非常重要，不仅有利于幼儿健康快乐的成长；还有可以提高幼儿的沟通能力。同伴交往也是幼儿社会性发展的主要手段。但幼儿在同伴交往过程中出现许许多多的问题。幼儿同伴关系的主要理论研究表明，幼儿同伴交往对幼儿的发展起着重要作用，儿童心理学家通过对同伴关系深入研究，取得了丰硕的成果。强调儿童在和伙伴们相处中，慢慢学会了谦让、合作和竞争，并从中得到成功的社交经验和失败的社交教训。本文以“幼儿同伴交往的问题及其指导策略”为题，列出幼儿在同伴交往中呈现出来的问题，并剖析幼儿同伴交往问题出现的缘由，引起家长和教师的关注，为幼儿家长和教师提出相应的指导策略，为幼儿的未来发展打下良好基础。本文采取的研究方法有以下三种，第一种是文献法，也是本文主要研究方法，查阅相关书籍、论文、期刊，就幼儿同伴关系方面的相关资料进行搜集整理；第二种案例分析法，在幼儿园收集幼儿同伴交往的案例进行分析整理；第三种是观察法，利用实习机会对幼儿同...
