I摘要目前，我国建筑市场信用缺失尤为突出。工程质量差、工程款严重拖欠、招标中存在指定中标人以及合同无法正常执行下去等问题，不仅给市场秩序带来了很大的影响，而且对我国建筑市场的正常发展也带来了很大的损害。对于建筑市场来说，会存在很多不诚信的行为，导致这些诚信行为和诚信问题形成的关键原因是我国目前没有建立一套有效的市场信用体系。另外不对称的市场信息，给建筑市场监督带来了很大的问题。本文首先对相关理论进行了介绍，随后分析了建筑市场信用体系介绍的现状，对造成我国建筑市场信用缺失的原因进行了深入探讨，从而最后提出找到解决这一问题的有效途径。另外在目前的理论基础之上，不少学者把研究的重点放在了如何有效的建立一套完整的建筑市场信用体系。论文从建筑市场的有关特点入手，总结了有关特点，另外比较分析了国外建筑市场信用体系建设的发展，并且能够结合博弈论，最后，从行业信用监督评价机制、建立相关法律制度建设、企业信用管理、个人信用管理、深化建筑业改革、转变政府职能等方面提出了相应的对策。本论文的研究方向是出于保护广大建筑行业从业者的利益，恢复建筑市场信用体系建设，完善我国的建筑市场秩序以及对促进建筑市场和国家经济发展都存在重大意义。关键词：建筑市场；信用体系；建设；管理IIAbstractAtpresent,thelackofcreditinChina'sconstructionmarketisparticularlyprominent.Problemssuchaspoorprojectquality,seriousarrearsofprojectpayment,theexistenceofdesignatedwinningbidderandthefailuretocarryoutthecontractnormallyinthebiddingprocesshavenotonlybroughtagreatimpactonthemarketorder,butalsobroughtgreatdamagetothenormaldevelopmentofChina'sconstructionmarket.Fortheconstructionmarket,therewillbemanydishonestbehaviors.ThekeyreasonfortheformationofthesehonestbehaviorsandhonestyproblemsisthatChinahasnotestablishedaneffectivemarketcreditsystem.Inaddition,asymmetricmarketinformationbringsgreatproblemstothesupervisionofconstructionmarket.Thispaperfirstlyintroducestherelevanttheories,thenanalyzesthepresentsituationoftheintroductionofthecreditsystemintheconstructionmarket,probesintothecausesofthelackofcreditinChina'sconstructionmarket,andfinallyproposesaneffectivewaytosolvethisproblem.Inaddition,basedonthecurrenttheoreticalbasis,manyscholarsfocusonhowtoeffectivelyestablishacompletecreditsystemintheconstructionmarket.Paper,fromtheperspectiveoftherelevantcharacteristicsoftheconstructionmarket,summarizestherelevantfeatures,andcomparativeanalysisofthedevelopmentoftheforeignconstructionmarketcreditsystemconstruction,andcanbecombinedwithgametheory,andfinally,fromtheindustrycreditsupervisionandevaluationmechanism,theconstructionofrelevantlegalsystemconstruction,enterprisecreditmanagement,personalcreditmanagement,deepenthereformoftheconstruction,thetransformationgovernmentfunction,etc,putforwardthecorrespondingcountermeasures.Theresearchdirectionofthispaperistoprotecttheinterestsofthemajorityofpractitionersintheconstructionindustry,restoretheconstructionmarketcreditIIIsystem,improvetheorderofChina'sconstructionmarketandpromotetheconstructionmarketandnationaleconomicdevelopmenthavegreatsignificance.Keywords:constructionmarket;creditsystem;construction;managementIV目录摘要.................................................................................................................................IAbstract..........................................................................................................................II第1章绪论............................................................................................................
